• Amazing day with Chicky & Tâm – Highly Recommended!

  We had a great day visiting Monkey Mountain and Marble Mountains with Local Buddy Tours. Chicky and Tâm were an awesome team, super friendly, full of energy, and genuinely passionate about showing us the area. A special highlight was their determination to help us spot the rare red-shanked douc langur. We spent extra time looking for them and eventually got lucky! Even though the tour ran overtime because of this, we never felt rushed. It was clear that the company wants guests to enjoy the experience at their own pace. Along the way, we learned a lot about the history of Central Vietnam, Da Nang's development after the war, and life in the region today. We also had a fantastic lunch at a family-run local restaurant near Hoi An in the Vegetable Village with fresh, authentic food. And not to forget – Chicky is a fantastic photographer! He shared lots of great photos with us after the tour, which was a really nice bonus. A memorable day with wonderful people. Highly recommended!

  We had an amazing experience on this tour! Ben and Sunny were awesome tour guides and provided us with historical information about our visits to the two different sites. Ben also provided us with additional insight about Vietnamese culture and history. Our tour guides were very informative, accommodating, friendly, personable and funny. We highly recommend this tour and Ben and Sunny!

  Really lovely gentle tour, perfect for families. It was a sweltering hot day and the lovely air conditioned van was a godsend. The guide was very patient with us poor wilting flowers ;) The view from Monkey Mountain is spectacular and we even managed to find a troupe of Red-shanked Douc Langur, one of the most endangered monkeys in the world. The Marble Mountain was just breathtaking - we've done caves before but this was just incredible and a lovely break from the heat of the day. We finished the tour with a wonderful lunch at Vegetable Village. Friendly farmers who serve delicious food and offer cooking courses.   A Tour to Remember (Red-Shanked Douc Langur!!) This tour is a wonderful way to not only see the highlights of Danang but to also learn the cultural, political and economic history of Vietnam in a way that is both accessible yet family friendly for all ages. Any great tour starts with a great guide and our guide Thanh was both friendly and knowledgeable about the wide range of questions we had about this area of Vietnam and the country as a whole. He also was curious about our background and viewpoint that made the tour feel like a conversation and not a one sided presentation. The pickup at our hotel (which changed and was amended) was flawless as was our dropoff which was both later at night and at a different point than we had originally planned. That flexibility and being able to accommodate our needs is what really makes a private tour invaluable. Tickets for all attractions are included and Thanh expertly offered any accommodations available including cold water in the AC vehicle and elevators based upon group fatigue annd exertion level. The driver Lam did minimal talking but showed his expertise by driving smoothly and efficiently through traffic and always being reedy to pick up ano drop off at the most convenient points. This tour is a whole day and you will see a lot with some longer stretches of driving so the vehicle quality and spaciousness is an important consideration and, again, this tour is top notch. Highly highly recommended. Thank you to our guide Thanh and our driver Lam! Thank you for sharing tips on where to eat after and dropping us off for our tailor appointment.   This is a fantastic experience..beautiful sites and great fun in the jeep...our drivers were great and we even got to drive the jeep a big thank you to our guide Phi Phi she was amazing, great personality and very knowledgeable..Phi Phi also made made it special and got a birthday cake to celebrate..this experience is worth your time and money

  Our day with Thanh was amazing!! Marble mountain was truly magnificent! Lots of stairs to climb but totally worth it! and Thanh was so lovely and knowledgeable, we would definitely recommend this tour!!!! Thanks Thanh for a wonderful day.

  We had the most amazing experience with Ben and our two fantastic drivers, Michael and Quang. Marble mountain should not be missed, the caves are exceptionally beautiful, and the pagodas and temples are stunning. We were lucky enough to get incredible views of the Red Shanked Langurs on monkey mountain, and the cheeky macaque monkeys too! Our jeep tour of the peninsula was so much fun, we had a blast. Seeing Lady Buddha is also amazing. We highly recommend this tour!

  We had an amazing tour with Kha! He was so friendly and accommodating. He took so many great photos of us, showed us the highlights of each place, and explained so much about the significance and history of the different places. Highly recommend this tour and Kha as your guide!
