He showed us the most amazing local places to eat, taught us about Vietnamese history and culture and even tailored the restaurant to satisfy our curiosity. 5.00David was an amazing host. He showed us all of the most amazing food spots. I samples dishes I would have never tried otherwise. Each dish was a highlight and so delicious. David’s knowledge about Vietnam and Vietnamese food culture is what made this tour 10 out of 10 stars. Must book for foodies in Da Nang!

5.00David was our guide and he really took care of us. The itinerary is very well planned and we enjoyed all the food/drinks. We left so full and satisfied. David also does tours in Hoi An. Definitely book him if you want to learn more about the city through local food.

5.00Our guide Anh was on time and ready to go. He was knowledgeable and personable- we had a great time walking around with him. He knew about the food. - history, and how it’s made. 5.00David was an outstanding guide, I can’t recommend this tour highly enough. He took me to incredible hidden restaurants tucked away in laneways that I would never have discovered on my own. The food was exceptional, especially the Vietnamese pancakes, which were absolutely unforgettable. One of the secret spots we visited is even featured in the Michelin Food Guide 2025. As a solo traveller, I ended up being the only person on the tour, which made the experience feel even more special. I really appreciated the chance to hear David’s deep local knowledge, from the city’s history to the way each dish was prepared. It was a truly memorable and personal experience. I highly recommend this tour. David is very quick to communicate and follow up with any special requests.
