This was a very bad experience. On the day of the excusrion, it was very rainy. When the driver "Paolo" - who was supposed to accompany us in the excursion - arrived, he was very agitated and seemed to have an attitude problem. When we entered the car, he asked "where do you want to go?" which surprised us since it was on them to organize the tour. When we told him that, he said it is raining and in some parts it is snowing, there is zero visibility, and some roads are closed. Suggesting that it was a bad idea to go on this tour on that day. We asked him if he had any suggestions on what to do but he was not cooperating and suggested to take to him boss "Bruno" to see if we can cancel. "Bruno" did not cooperate either and we had no option but to step out of the car. Accordingly, we didn't go on the tour, and they refused to give us a refund. So we lost a total of 1000 EUR. So it was bascially a complete ripoff. This company is not to be trusted. I advise against going on any tour with them.

Probably the best day we have had ever. The Lago di Braise is a site to behold and everyone in their lifetime should experience it just once. My family back in the US was like “ Oh my Lord “ where is that? Tour guide was awesome. The car was great. Every thing was 5 stars and worth every penny.

Our guide, Bruno, was excellent! He was very informative and showed us all the highlights of the Dolomites. We were impressed with him and would highly recommend him to everybody. Because of him, our trip was a very memorable one.
