David was a wonderful tour guide, with lots of carism and was very knowledgeable about the area and native fauna and flora. He made us all feel welcome from the minute we joined the tour. The tour itself was a wonderful way to see parts of beautiful North Queensland that we would never have been able to see on our own. The only draw back was that we didn't get to spend a lot of time in each location, but otherwise the whole experience was wonderful. Would definitely recommend this tour and will definitely be looking into future journeys with down under tours.

Today we joined a tour through the Daintree region, and overall it was a fantastic experience. Our guide, Daniel, really made the day. He had a great mix of knowledge, fun facts, and light-hearted humor that kept the whole group engaged from start to finish. You could tell he genuinely enjoyed what he was doing, and that enthusiasm was contagious. His stories about the area’s history, the local wildlife, and the rainforest itself added a lot of depth to each stop we visited. The sights along the way were beautiful, especially the guided walk at Mossman Gorge and the views from Alexandra Lookout. The wildlife cruise on the Daintree River was relaxed and enjoyable, offering a peaceful way to take in the surroundings. If you’re hoping to spot a crocodile, it’s worth knowing that the chances are quite low at this time of year. Still, we were lucky enough to see a small one, which was a fun surprise and added a nice bit of excitement to the cruise. Cape Tribulation was absolutely stunning as wel, if anything, I would have liked just a little more time there to wander and take it all in. Lunch was fine, though nothing particularly memorable, but the stop at the ice cream shop later in the afternoon definitely made up for it. The flavors were unique, refreshing, and a real treat. If I could tweak one small detail, I would have preferred the tea and coffee to take with us on the road rather than before departure, but it didn’t take away from the experience, and I understand this may depend on the group setup for the day. All in all, it was a memorable tour. The scenery was beautiful, the pace of the day was pleasant, and Daniel’s guiding tied everything together perfectly. I would absolutely recomend this experience to anyone wanting to explore the Daintree in an enjoyable and insightful way.

Although it felt a little rushed I really liked all the beautiful views and getting to know the history and fun facts behind the places we visited. Shoutout to the tour guide Adrian Hazel for being 10/10!

Adrian was a great tour guide and did a good job explaining the history and biology of the rainforest. We got to see Mossman Gorge, Daintree rainforest and river where we saw a crocodile, and saw Cape Tribulation.

This was by far our least enjoyable tour of our trip. Although a nice person, the guide was terribly disorganized, the whole thing was very rushed, we didn’t feel like we got much interesting information from the guide the whole time, the bus was extremely cramped, and we just felt like we didn’t get to experience the Daintree much at all. Plus we didn’t see a cassowary which was quite disappointing, but can’t blame that on the guide…

What an amazing day. Daniel, our guide was an encyclopedia on legs, full of facts about the areas visited. The lunch at heritage Lodge was fantastic and the trip to Dantree Ice cream company was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend this trip.
