Accompanied by our official guide, we will make a visit of profound historical importance to the Maison des Esclaves. In this sacred space of memory, we will tour its rooms and look at the iconic “Gate of No Return”, understanding rigorously and sensitively the legacy of transatlantic trafficking. After this trip to the past, we will take some time to enjoy the peace of the island with a full lunch (payable in part) at a selected seafront restaurant. It will be the perfect occasion to taste the authentic flavors of Senegal, such as fresh fish or the iconic Thiéboudienne, before returning to the continent.
