5.00Javier was great! We disembarked from our cruise ship as soon as we could and they met us just outside of the cruise port with a large sign. Our family of 4 were the only passengers that day (the van could not hold many more than that). As we drove they told us about the area and played some Dominican music for us in the car. We were one of the first groups to the waterfalls. My teenagers had a great time, as did my husband and I. You need to have some basic level of physical fitness for the long hike to the top, but they take plenty of breaks to make it manageable. After the waterfalls they took us to a nearby restaurant for a buffet lunch and then for a quick stop at a gift shop. On the way back to cruise port they even stopped to buy us a bag of fresh mangoes from a roadside stand. Overall, the experience took 4 hours. Be advised that we had a photographer that traveled with us the whole time and they will try to get you to buy the photos that they took of your group. Be prepared to bargain with them if you want to buy the pictures, or to tell them no when they ask (they talked to us after lunch). I don’t know that you can choose to not have them with you for the day. We had an amazing day, and it was a great experience for the price we paid. Much less expensive than the cruise line excursion!

5.00We had a great experience with this travel company visiting the waterfalls. They were incredibly responsible and professional from start to finish. Even though there were only two of us, they provided a private minivan for our transfers, which made the trip very comfortable. A special shout-out to the lovely female manager who was very attentive, and our driver who was punctual and reliable. One thing to keep in mind is the timing. On the day we went, there were four cruise ships in port, so the waterfalls were very crowded and the lines moved quite slowly. We managed to complete four waterfalls, which was still a lot of fun! The lunch buffet provided was decent and hit the spot after the climb. The company also assigned a "camera guy" to follow our group. We didn't actually need professional photos and only realized later that he was there to sell them to us. However, there was no pressure to purchase them at the end, which we appreciated. Overall, a very well-organized tour!

5.00It was a great trip. The guides were great and we had a fun time. The falls were fun, there were a lot of people when we went and the trail was pretty backed up, but the guides made it fun for us along the way. So I would definitely do it again.

5.00We decided to book this excursion to save a little instead of booking through cruise line. It was half the price and included a meal so no brainer. We had Javier as as guide and he was amazing.The only issue we had was a small communication error with the meeting location as I was sent a map for a different port. But they were right outside the gate as they said they would be. ( a simple 5-10 walk from the ship right past taxi area. We had a party of three and rode in a single car to he excursion area. We were offered cold water during the ride. Once there we were able to lock our personal items in the car during g the excursion, we pick up our gear and started the hike. It's really not that bad but definitely a workout. There are enough breaks offered throughout. They encourage you to leave phones and take photos the entire time so you have memories of every moment. There will be several other groups out there doing the excursion at the same time, so just be aware, but there was no issue at all. The jump was more intimidating is the photos, you have to do it at least once! Once all the slides and jump were completed, we took some final photos and were transported to the lunch Buffett. It was really good, the staff was really nice, if you can, have cash for tips! After the meal we took the final ride back to port, the pricing and details on purchasing photos were discussed. And we we were dropped off right outside the gate. I'm glad we took the chance and booked with them, we had a great experience and have a ton of photos with shots we could have never got otherwise, all for about the price we would have paid for the activity only through the cruise line. Highly recommended.

5.00For my family, choosing this company for our trip to Damajagua Falls was a wonderful experience. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time; we felt completely safe, were able to leave our belongings in the vehicle without any issues, and the lunch was delicious. They are highly responsible and take excellent care of us as tourists. 100% recommended.

5.00This excursion was great. We had done the Damajagua falls before with cruise line and this was so much better. They were waiting for ua outsise of port. They were all very nice, walked us in, helped get us situated, and were with us the whole way. Then took us to lunch and back at port with plenty of time. Recommend this company 100%. Such a personal attention and no annoying sales pitch.

5.00Very good price, friendly hosts. They seemed to be rushing at the end to get us back to the port, but they were nice. The best part of our experience was the photographer that they left with us. He took photos of our group and we loved spending the day with him. His name was Cesar and he was so good with my kids and his bright personality just made our whole day. He made us feel like VIP. The actual excursion was so cool, something we’ve never done before.
Jose took us to the waterfalls and we had a great time.
