Hanna did an excellent job explaining step by step how to cook each dish. She was wonderful. She was very entertaining and enthusiastic. I hope you get a chance to be instructed by her. I really enjoyed experiencing the vegetable farming and market tour. We laughed a lot.

Our guide Hana performed very well, very kind, from the taste of coffee to visit the market, all the questions, to the experience of the farm, the gracious smile of grandmother and the introduction of a variety of plants, will let you truly understand the customs of Hong Kong. Cooking lessons are the most fun and amazing part, Rosie and Hanna's collaboration makes the process very smooth, and there are many small games in the cooking process, making it very memorable, the point is! Eating your own food is really great! Strongly recommend to visit Hong Kong must come!

We had such fun visiting the farm, learning about the different vegetables and fruits, enjoying a delicious cup of coffee, going to the market to pick out our food, and enjoying the experience of cooking Vietnamese food with wonderful, warm, and fun teachers! A big thank you to Helen and Rosie for leading us throughout this amazing food journey! My friend has the photos of the food (and each course was delicious)!
