That level of customer service and dedication is rare and incredibly appreciated. Captain Morgan was fantastic — fun, knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely kind throughout the entire trip. He made the experience both relaxing and memorable, sharing interesting information while also keeping the atmosphere light and enjoyable. You can tell he really cares about his guests and loves what he does. We are so grateful they didn’t cancel and instead gave us such a personalized and unforgettable tour.
