  Highly recommended! Had a wonderful experience with Darjeeling Travel. Their team was extremely responsive, flexible, and accommodating throughout the booking process. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip due to unforeseen circumstances, but they were incredibly considerate and promptly processed a full refund.   We had a great experience with our driver Nikhil Thapa during the pickup and drop to Bagdogra airport as well as during our local sightseeing tours. The car was also in very good condition. Would highly recommend booking via Darjeeling Travels

  It was a great experience traveling with Darjeeling Travels. From the pickup at Bagdogra Airport to the end of the trip, everything was well organized. They covered beautiful destinations like Mirik, Sittong, Takdah, and offbeat parts of Darjeeling, making the journey very satisfying. A special mention goes to our driver, Nikhil Thapa, who was extremely helpful and professional. He handled the risky, bumpy hilly roads with great care, especially during the rainy season when conditions were challenging. His guidance throughout the trip added a lot of value to our experience.   I just enjoyed a 3-day customised tour in Darjeeling, which was really fab. From getting help from the team to buy the toy train ticket, to my lovely driver, Sagun taking me to his local Nepalese restaurant, I really was well looked after, beyond the official itinerary.

  My wife and I recently returned from a fantastic trip to Darjeeling and Sikkim, and we couldn't be happier with the car services arranged for our journey. Everything was handled perfectly, making our travel seamless and stress-free. A major highlight was that the operator expertly managed to arrange our Nathula Pass permits, which took a significant weight off our shoulders and allowed us to enjoy that experience without any hassle. The drivers provided were truly exceptional—professional, punctual, and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire trip.   I had a great time on this tour. My guide Sagun was very professional and knowledgeable and I enjoyed learning about the area from him. The car was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed most of the attractions, particularly the monasteries and tea gardens. Some were a little bit arbitrary - a cactus nursery for example. Some factors were out of anyone's control - foggy weather made the views invisible and there was a high level of traffic due to other factors which added to journey times, but I understand that this is not usual and is down to luck. I think under usual clear conditions, the tour would have been even better. Overall it was a good way to see the many attractions in the area, as they are generally quite spread out and not easy to access otherwise. It's a beautiful area with many fantastic things to see and experience.
