  We had the absolute pleasure of having Suresh as our private driver during our recent trip to Sri Lanka, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Right from the moment I reached out to him (and several other drivers) for quotes, there was already a good vibe about him — he was prompt, clear, and friendly in his communication, which immediately set him apart. When we finally arrived in Sri Lanka and met him in person, we knew we had made the right choice. He was approachable, kind, and incredibly patient. From the very start, we felt safe and well taken care of, and we could truly relax and enjoy our holiday knowing we were in good hands. After spending a full week together, it became clear that he was one of the key reasons our trip turned out to be so memorable. He was not just a driver but also a guide, a local expert, and, by the end, a friend. He ticked all the boxes of what you’d hope for in a driver — professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and courteous — and on top of that, he exceeded all our expectations. He was always flexible with our plans, and genuinely cared that we had the best possible experience. His driving was smooth and safe even on Sri Lanka’s challenging roads. We wholeheartedly recommend Suresh to anyone visiting Sri Lanka. He truly made our trip unforgettable, and we are so grateful for his kindness and exceptional service.

  We had a great roundtrip with Suresh im June 2023. He know well about many places, good hotels and all sightseeings you should see. He is a very professional and calm driver. Ask him for specal restaurants, safari tours and many more - he can easily organize it all. Suresh thanks for the awesome days mate. We'll keep this precious Experience in our heards and minds.   My family and I recently traveled to Sri Lanka for 2.5 weeks. We had a recommendation from a friend that we should use Malik from New Travel. We are forever thankful that we had the pleasure of having Malik become part of our family as we enjoyed our wonderful holiday driving throughout the most beautiful of countries. We communicated via WhatsApp regularly before our trip whether it be us asking random questions about packing suggestions to planning the itinerary and tours. Maliks english is perfect, but he also has many tours running from Spain, China and all over the world. He says he has become a master of using google translate. Our kids (girl 10, boy 7) adored Mailk and loved spending time with him. When we arrived, Malik presented us with a comprehensive itinerary of suggestions, but never pushed places on us at all. There was no "come to my cousins store". His suggestions to take us to places like Dambulla Caves were so appreciated to knowing where to get the best foreign exchange rates in a small town like Nuwara Eliya. Not only was the 7 seater van we travelled in incredibly comfortable, Malik took so much pride in it and it was spotless every day when he collected us. Malik's driving was safe, his local knowledge everywhere we went was incredible and every restaurant recommendation was spot on. Malik went over and above, whether it was climbing waterfalls with me and my son, to buying train tickets, taking care to ensure we were always "home safe" every night and was always punctual. I think most importantly, we felt safe with Malik, our kids felt safe with Malik and we genuinely felt like our holiday in Sri Lanka was enhanced having Malik as part of it.   We enjoyed our 7 days Family trip with my Parents , In-Laws and group of Teenager and young Kid with lots of fun with New-Travel. Our Travel Executive, taking good care of Kid and Parents and young people, he has explained us history and many new things about Sri Lanka through-out the trip.
