The reefs are teeming with parrot fish, foureye butterfly fish, sergeant majors, and wrasse. The variety is too long to list, so you should just come see them all for yourself. Ask one of the crew to see the Fish, Coral, and Shell Identifying Charts on board. SPREAD EAGLE II even provides lunch for the fish. With a little patience, you can get the fish to eat bread right out of your hand.

Poor communication and unprofessional pickup experience

1.00I would not recommend this boat tour based on their poor communication and lack of professionalism. The tour description stated that after choosing a pickup location, the company would contact us with the pickup time. However the morning of the excursion, I received a call at 7am saying I was late for my pickup and have missed my ride. This was the first time I had heard anything about an earlier pickup time (as listed on the booking it only says that the excursion begins at 9am). I was then left to coordinate with the driver to figure out where I needed to go. After meeting up with others that had booked this trip I found out they had all been contacted the night before by the group organizing the excursion via text with an earlier pickup time and were asked to reply confirming that they had seen it. I never received any text, WhatsApp message, phone call, voicemail, or email from the company with this information. I am willing to provide my phone records as proof that I was never contacted by them about my party’s pickup time and I can guarantee on their end there is no proof of attempt to contact me prior to the day of the excursion. Because of their failure to contact me, I had to pay extra for an Uber just to find the next pickup location in time for my party to make it on the trip. Once we were finally picked up, there was no apology, no follow-up, and no effort to alleviate the situation. This company was poorly organized, communicated poorly, and did not take responsibility for the situation so I would definitely not recommend booking with them.

4.00We had a great trip out with the team. They picked us up on time from San Juan, transported us to the Catamaran around an hour away and spent the day on ghr boat with them. The boat was clean and tidy and the crew were really friendly. The beach we went to was absolutely stunning! I was a little underwhelmed with the snorkelling! The good and drinks on the boat were good. The only real negative was that the transport bus was terrible and had not suspension… it was not a comfortable journey!

5.00Great experience. The boat was smooth & comfortable. Crew was chill but attentive. I forgot a towel but still enjoyed every part of the trip. Wear Sunscreen & bring waterproof holder for your phone/camera so you can swim it to the island beach stop.

5.00We had an absolute blast. There were 3 generations of us on a trip (grandparent, parents, kids). They picked us up from San Juan and dropped us off afterwards. The driver was on time and very helpful. We went to a private island beach and then a second location to snorkel. The boat had plenty of room (shaded and sunny) for the 30ish people who came on the same day. The captain and crew were friendly, funny, and accommodating. We did not drink but they had plenty of water, juice, and soda. The lunch was sandwiches, chips, fresh fruit, and cookies; nothing fancy but perfect for a beach picnic. Overall, this was a great experience and well worth the money.

5.00We had a great time. My wife and I ([L]GBT) felt so welcomed. We had a decent number of people on board and we didn’t feel crowded. Lunch was a sandwich buffet. There was ham, turkey, chicken, tuna, and even pb&j. Chips, cookies, rum punch, piña coladas, water and soda were included. You had the opportunity to also purchase beer. There were couples and families. Beautiful landscapes and sea life. The snorkeling was a lot of fun. Would recommend and do again on our next visit.
