3.00Let me be clear, we had no problem at all with the tour agency. Our problem was the guide that they outsourced us to in Bohol. He didn't know the opening times of attractions, we drove around aimlessly and he was upset at us when we didn't want to ride the quads at the chocolate hills. He returned us to the ferry terminal 2.5 hours early and we missed some of the promised attractions. But, the actual company was very good. E-mailed right away, showed up when we said they would etc. We used them for the whale sharks, no issues. But Bohol ended up being a disappointment.
