  The whole experience was lovely from the pick up and the information told, to on the boat, what a lovely suprise how the organisation it was executed. One negative is that we didn't get to go through the caves, I fully understand that this was the account of the tides. Thanks to all the team, marvelous!

  Our family of four had an absolutely amazing time on this tour. We were picked up early from Hanoi in an air conditioned tour bus and were on our way. Stewie was our guide for the day and he was fantastic. His English was great, he provided lots of little tidbits along the ride, and was just overall a pleasant person to be around. It was an absolutely beautiful day with lots of sunshine. Everything was absolutely breathtaking and the activities were fun and unique (at least to us!) such as having little fish eat dead skin off your feet :P A big part of why I chose this tour is because the pictures of the boat are accurate--it is new (or updated) compared to other boats on other tours. It was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of loungers and chairs on the top deck so everyone could have their space. At the end of touring one of the villages, you could either bike back to the boat or take a ride in the golf cart. There was an opportunity to swim and kayak around the bay, which was awesome. There are two slides that propel you off the boat and into the water, which was super fun. For those with littles, ours did great. We did bring our own life jackets for them since the ones the tour provided were for adults. Overall--definitely recommend this tour!

  It was nice to know you just show up and everything is taken care of from food to afety to activities. If you are looking for a guaranteed good time on a short time line this is for you. Will definitely book again for longer next time

• Do yourself a huge favour and skip Ha Long Bay and go to Cat Ba island

  It was a well planned tour. Binh, the tour guide was great in explaining the history of Vietnam and shared his personal experiences too. Cat Ba island is a great alternative to Ha long Bay. We opted for this tour as Ha long Bay is overcrowded and the bay is filled with plastic garbage. This tour is a mix of beaches and mountains. We went cycling through the cat ba village. Then we boarded the cruise again and went for kayaking and swimming. The cruise also has two slides and a diving area. After the swim we enjoyed the sunset with tea, fruits, cookies and cake. Overall, it was an amazing experience and worth every penny. I definitely recommend this tour over Ha Long Bay.
