Cycling is not a professional activity and we are not professional cyclists, we are tourists. Cycling is extra services, just for fun & free, not included in the prices (Customers don't pay for Cycling services). It's a very small activity on the whole package, we don't focus on cycling activity. Pls note that: - Customers can skip cycling if don't feel comfortable - Customers don't bike can walk around to take photos or just relax at the restaurant to wait for others. - Bikes are not suite for children under 2 Years old. - Please check the bikes carefully before using, many tourists don't know how to use it, so they damage the bicycles.

Things to bring: Umbrellar/ Hat, shirts (protect skins in the hot summer & strong sun, shoes for hiking, small money, sunglasses, suncream, camera, small waters, snacks, raincoats, insect spray... Jackets (in the Winter).

07.00 – 8.00AM: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi old quarter (time to pick up depending your hotel locations...). If customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 8.00AM to get on the bus.

Our Full-Day Tour from Hanoi to Hoa Lu, Tam Coc, and Mua Cave was spectacular! Victor, our guide, was knowledgeable, friendly, charismatic, and made the experience truly memorable. The boat ride through Tam Coc's stunning landscapes was serene, and biking through the beautiful countryside was invigorating. Mua Cave offered breathtaking views, and Victor's insights added depth to the journey. Highly recommend this tour WITH VICTOR for an unforgettable adventure!

My friends and I had a great time in general. The trip was very well organised and the bus we travelled in was excellent. However our tour guide was so rude to us. He made the whole experience feel like just another transaction. The experience was very similar to the scene from the movie “monte Carlo” where the tour guide comes off as a strict warden and is constantly rushing everyone and not in a good way. We have taken many other tours with viator in Vietnam and other parts of the world… and I must say, we’ve always had a great time and the tour guides have always been so friendly and fun… except for this one. We were late to the group once or twice but quite literally only by a few minutes and the tour guide yelled at my friend very badly. These tours are supposed to be a fun experience, and not feel like a strict project. Funnily he was unbelievably nice to the Americans on board. I’m not sure what that says about him in general but the way he treated us was just not okay. His English was also vv basic.. not like the other Vietnamese tour guides who we had, who were fun and jolly people. You could atleast understand what they’re saying. Overall, we didn’t get 10 mins to soak up our beautiful surroundings as we were always rushed. I personally did not enjoy this trip. I do genuinely feel that if they changed the tour guide and hired someone fun (who doesn’t smile at you only when it is to get a tip), and give the guests a little wiggle room, it’d be the best day tour ever!

Excellent tour! Visited many attractions in Hanoi and Victor the tour guide delivered abundant information regarding the sites in a humourous manner. Victor was also attentive to needs, gave clear instructions and useful suggestions throughout the trip. I would recommend this tour for people who want to experience the rural parts of Hanoi in a day.

Definitely the climbing was hard but the highlight of the trip for me. Breathtaking 360 degrees panoramic view. Also the canoeing along the river was beautiful. Guide was professional and super nice
