What To Expect
Tsavo National Park East
Tsavo East day trip begins with pick up from your hotel before sunrise (5:00 am) and follow the busy Mombasa – Nairobi road to the first gate to Tsavo East national park. Short stopover before entering the park via Bachuma gate. Embark on your first game viewing exercise in search of the red Elephants, lions nicknamed the “Man eaters of Tsavo”, Buffalo, Cheetah, Giraffe, Antelopes etc. Visit the famous Aruba dam where lots of wildlife can be seen especially during the dry season. Later proceed to a restaurant for lunch. After Lunch, leave for another game drive in this largest National Park in Kenya before your exit. Have a chance to see the BIG FIVE of Africa in this one-Day Tsavo East national park safari . There are numerous small and big game and different bird species to be viewed in this 1 day Tsavo east safari. Later drive out of the park and proceed back to your Beach resort/Mombasa port/airport arriving late in the afternoon. End of Tour.

Excellent safari in Tsavo East park

5.00Excellent tour, I was picked up at my hotel right on time and had the whole tour to myself. Freddie did a fantastic job taking care of of me and driving through some pretty intense traffic on the way to the Tsavo East park. Once we got there he took his time and stopped whenever I liked to view the animals for as long as I wanted to. It was absolutely magical! I saw lions, giraffes, elephants, water buffalo and various types of gazelles and antelopes. The park admission was included as was lunch at a lodge. It was really nice to have everything taken care of for one price. He stopped on the way to the park at a place where you can shop for souvenirs and get a coffee. Bathrooms were clean here and at the lodge where you stop for lunch. All in all an outstanding safari, highly recommended!!

5.00Benjamin was my guide on the private day tour safari. He picked my up early to ensure we would arrive in the morning at Tsavo east, as when the day continues the animals will shelter for the heat. He was a very skilled guide, who is well know around the other safari guides. He knows the right spots, can tell you a lot about the animals and nature of Tsavo east and adapted the tour a bit to my needs, do to my interest in birds. He is a skilled driver, makes you feel safe and ensures you will leave with an unforgettable memory! I’ve seen so much wildlife I stopped counting already in the first hour! I highly recommend booking with this safari operator

5.00Our tour guide, Benjamin, was excellent. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and courteous. We were picked up in Mombasa and traffic is heavy so ask for an earlier pickup to avoid adding traffic time. The park is scenic and we saw LOTS of wildlife - zebras, giraffes, gazelles, impala, elephants, hippopotamus, birds of prey, and briefly, a lion. It was a terrific experience. The lunch at the lodge was also good with an elephant viewing experience. Would highly recommend.

5.00Me and my husband had a great experience on our safari today. Everything went even better than we expected. Our driver – who was also our guide at the same time – arrived super on time, so we were able to leave without any time delay. Initially, the journey took about 2.5 hours. After that, the real adventure began with the ride and the experience with the wild animals. We've really seen a lot of things: Zebras, gazelles, antelopes, Buffalos. Lions and giraffes. The elephants were particularly impressive. Our guide always stopped friendly and parked excellently, so we could take great photos several times. He also took all our wishes into account. When we said we wanted to see elephants, he did his best – and in fact we saw a whole herd of elephants! That was incredible. Afterwards we also had lunch, which was quite delicious. Our holiday was really fantastic! I recommend everyone to experience this great experience for themselves!

5.00Our driver Josef was very friendly and helpful. He shared a lot of information about the animals during the tour. We saw many elephants, giraffes, zebras and other beautiful animals up close. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have such an unforgettable experience.

5.00Benjamin was our guide for the day. He had excellent local and animal knowledge, a keen eye to spot the animals we didn’t and his driving skills were incredible both on the roads and the park trails. The road from Mombasa to Tsavo East currently has ongoing roadworks that require a skilled and safe driver, which Benjamin was. Benjamins knowledge of every animal and bird we saw was so in depth and added so much to our whole day in the park. Communication regarding the booking and having to make some amendments was very easy. I would recommend Benjamin to anyone and will definitely be in contact when we return to Kenya.

5.00An excellent tour. Amazing views, animals. Perfect if you do not have much free time to spend in Mombassa. The driver, Nicholas, was very funny and helpful and knew a lot about the animals you see.
