Enjoy a day trip from Rome to Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast by minivan with tour assistant. You will be picked up directly from your hotel or apartment in Rome. In Pompeii you will visit the ancient Roman city, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, together with a local Guide, for an immersive experience. Continue along the Amalfi Coast with a stop in Positano, where you can have Lunch, Shopping and take spectacular photos. The tour continues to Amalfi, the oldest of the Maritime Republics, to admire the Cathedral of St. Andrew and taste the famous local Limoncello. This small-group excursion is ideal for those who want to combine history, culture and breathtaking views in a single day.
During the winter period, which runs from 1 November to 28 February, the tour includes first a visit to Amalfi, with free time to have lunch and taste Limoncello, and then a stop to take wonderful photos of Positano (in low season all shops and restaurants are closed).

Its narrow streets, full of boutiques and restaurants, lead to beautiful pebble beaches and crystal clear waters. A perfect place to relax and admire breathtaking landscapes. Stop for lunch (optional), enjoy some free time in this little gem nestled between the sea and the mountains and stroll through the famous craft shops where you can find typical handmade sandals, linen clothes and ceramics.

5.00This tour was incredible. Our guide had everything sorted for us and kept us on schedule. Our driver was incredible navigating traffic and crazy roads. The day was well planned and executed flawlessly. I couldn’t recommend it more. Worth so much more than the cost! There is no better way to see Italy especially if you only have a short stay.

5.00We booked a private tour as we had limited time. This was perfect as we could see Pompeii, Amalfi Coast and Positano. Paola (Guide) & Roberto (Driver) were amazing. They ensured we got to see everything, they planned our rest stops, booked private Pompeii guide(Angeleno), helped with shopping, food, etc. It is a long day trip from Rome, but they made the trip seem seamless. 5.00Paula and Roberto are the best team ever!!! We had a great trip to Pompeii, positano and small coast. It was 14 hour trip but they kept us engaged with historic facts and showed us where to shop and get the best pizza. Highly recommend the trip and this duo!

5.00Amazing experience, escaping Rome for a day and seeing some truly memorable places. Lots of diverse scenery and activities. And a well paced itinerary. Driver Max and guide Giulio looked after us exceptionally well, and it was fun listening to them banter in Italian. Comfy car helped keep us refreshed throughout the day, and we will treasure the photos for a lifetime.

5.00WHAT AN EXPERIENCE⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ this trip was so worth it! such beautiful sceneries and you get to explore a bit of the areas. our van was clean and comfortable, which is always a plus. our tour guide from the historical site of pompeii, angelo, was very knowledgeable and informative. he also made sure that we understood how people lived in the past before the volcano errupted. he was also warm and was also quite funny. our driver, roberto, was such a sweetheart. he also took some photos when he went around the amalfi coast and shared it with us. he also gave us recommendations on where to eat on our way home. our tour guide, simone, was again so wonderful as we had him on a different tour. he always made sure that everybody was safe and he always reminded us of our belongings. he also made sure to wait for everyone especially when we were going around shopping. again, such a wonderful and memorable trip. a pleasure to book with mamma mia italia. their staff has been so great! this trip would be best for scenic views and some historical facts. it was a long trip but again so worth it ❤️🇮🇹

5.00Our private day tour from Rome to Pompeii, Positano and Amalfi was nothing short of exceptional, and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible guides, Roberto and Giulio. Roberto, our driver, was next‑level brilliant. The winding coastal roads and busy traffic were handled with complete confidence and skill, making the entire journey feel smooth, safe and incredibly comfortable. The luxury of our coach meant we could truly relax and enjoy the scenery without ever feeling rushed or stressed. Giulio, our guide, was informative, engaging and genuinely fun. The depth of knowledge brought the experieneto life in a way that was fascinating and easy to follow, adding real meaning to the experience rather than just ticking off sights. Pompeii’s history was so fascinating to see and understand life as it was back then while Positano was a highlight including a stunning lunch at a restaurant right on the waterfront, with amazing food and views that felt straight out of a postcard. Then on to Amalfi.. which was pure joy, bursting with character and charm, especially the town’s famous lemon obsession, which added so much fun and flavour to the visit. It’s hard to believe how many extraordinary sights we experienced in just one day — all at a perfect pace, never hurried, and always in complete comfort. This tour exceeded every expectation, and Roberto and Giulio deserve the highest praise for making it so special. Highly, highly Recommend
