Narowal is a famous district of Pakistani Punjab where the largest gurdwara in the world Kartarpur is situated in Tehsil Shakar Gahr. It takes near about 3-hours drive from Lahore to Gurdwara but it also depends on the situation of the road and the load of the traffic. It is a gurdwara where Baba Guru Nanak Dev Ji passed away in 1539AD. Here he used to do farming and started a free vegetable kitchen, which has spread all over the world in every Sikh Gurdwara. He was born in Nankana Sahib and Passed away in Kartarpur. There are also some other famous gurdwaras in Pakistan like, Gurdwara Panja Sahib, Gurdwara Rohri Sahib, Gurdwara Dera Sahib, Gurdwara Shaheed Gunj, Gurdwara Ram Das ji Janamsthan Chunna Mandi Lahore, Gurdwara Baby Nanki, Gurdwara Baba Beri Sahib in Sialkot and many others. If you want to do a Sikh Gurdwara Yatra with detail History then touch to Pakistan Guided Tours. Mr. Maqbool is one of the super best tour guide guide in Pakistan, having a deep knowledge about Sikhism and all historical monuments of Pakistan with Mughal, Sikh, British, Indus civilisation and all history related to Pakistan even before stone age. We started our tour in the morning at 9:00 am and reached at 12:30 pm. The condition of the road was not good but our tour guide Mr. Maqbool explained to us before booking the tour, so mentally we were prepared. But, when we came back we selected another way Pasroor Road that was good and came on M11 Lahore Sialkot Motorway. It is a very good road , if you want to explore Pakistan, then you can contact Mr. Makbool Ahmad. Gurdwara is very huge and attractive, it is the largest Sikh Gurdwara Sri Darbar Kartarpur Sahib in the world. It is worth seeing and strongly recommended!!!

After several issues caused by Tripadvisor and complete inability for customer care to rectify the situation, Maqbool gave us an incredible tour, with an incredible amount of knowledge to add context to each and every historical site we visited. For fellow Sikhs coming for this pilgrimage, I would recommend the tour with Maqbool as he went above and beyond every expectation we had, and I would consider this a once in a lifetime experience. The Lahore day tour was also amazing, don’t even bother with any other tour or guide, Maqbool is an incredibly intellectual individual that made this trip worth all 30 hours spent on a plane to get here. Also none of the issues with Tripadvisor were due to anything Maqbool did, he was an incredible and gracious host, can’t say enough good things.

No doubt punjab in Pakistan is very sacred for Sikhism, as you know Guru Nanak Dev ji was born in Nankana sahib that is 42 km away from Lahore. Lahore was capital of sikh empire during the period of Maharaja Ranjeet Singh, who was also called lion of Punjab. We took Mr. Maqbool as our tour operator & tour guide. He is very very very knowledgeable, polite, hospitable, flexible, funny, friendly and punctual. He showed us Janamsthan in Nankana sahib, Where Baba Guru Nanak was born. He also showed us Sacha sauda in Farooq Abad and Kartarpur Sahib in Narowal, where Guru Nanak was passed away and gave 3 golden principles of Sikhism 1: Kirtan Karo 2: Vand Chakho 3: Nam Jappo. Mr. Maqbool Ahmad is highly and strongly recommended for all over Pakistan!!!

Mr. Maqbool Ahmad organized our tour from Lahore. We visited Nankana sahib, Sacha Sauda, Hiran Minar & Kartrpur corridor. We visited all these places in 1 day instead of 2 days. It was a long day but very very informative and attractive. Mr. Maqbool is very knowledgeable, honest, polite, flexible, friendly, funny and professional. He arranges tours all over Pakistan and is strongly recommended, even he provided us LOI & all visa assistance documents on our demand at the 11th hour and we all granted tourist visas. I highly & strongly recommend his services to everyone.

Pakistan has a rich historical legacy, as you are aware. We recently left for a tour of Sikh gurdwaras, beginning in Lahore. We visited Sacha Sauda, Nankana Sahib, and the Kartarpur Corridor as part of our agenda. Pakistan Guided Tours did a fantastic job organising the entire trip. We heartily endorse their offerings!
