Oko was a great host. He was professional and accommodating. The trip was more of an adventure than a tour. It included several 10th century churches, abandoned Soviet era manufacturing complexes, a vintage gondola system used 60 years ago and even a 1950s MiG fighter jet. The day was spectacular and something we wouldn’t have been able to see without the guidance of Oko. Thank you! Brian and Natalie

Easy drive from Georgia across the border to Armenia. Our guide is throughly knowledgeable regarding the historic landmarks. Incredible home cooked lunch at a family home serving fresh local dishes. I highly recommend Oko

An excellent day trip from Tbilisi and definitely worth doing. Trip to Armenia in a comfortable van was not as long as we thought. Some really interesting and picturesque stops. Nika was an excellent host and gave us so much information. His English was excellent and it was great to have a host not delivering in Russian as well. Most tours seem to do this. The lunch was outstanding and was one of the highlights. Personally I enjoyed seeing the normal Armenian houses and countryside and looking at the relics of the Soviet period. More time please at the MIG museum. But the monasteries were worth visiting.

The excursion was very interesting, and during it I learned a great deal about the history and culture of Armenia, as well as the connections between Armenia and Georgia. Tota was an exceptional guide who explained everything important in a very engaging and clear way—he truly deserves all the praise. I would also like to commend the driver Vaja; throughout the journey I felt very safe and comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful and incredibly delicious lunch.

The experience was incredible. The places we saw in Armenia were beautiful. The tourguide Nicholas (Tota) was very approachable and knowledgeable. He clearly knows a lot about the history of Armenia and Georgia. The trainee tourguide with us was very friendly, and the driver gave us a fast and safe journey throughout. I would definitely recommend this day-tour and Tota in general as a tourguide!

As a solo traveler from the Netherlands I did a day tour to Armenia and that was a very nice experience. Everything was clear and well arranged, from start to finish. The guide was friendly, gave good explanations and created a relaxed atmosphere. The places we visited, such as the beautiful old monasteries (as in the picture), were impressive and definitely worth it. Recommended, especially if you are traveling alone!

Wonderful trip with amazing views. Weather was wonderful today and guide Nikolas (Tota) gave a detailed explanation on the places visited and also on the homemade lunch at the local Armenian family house.
