Had an amazing day exploring the beautiful medieval churches. Tota and Georgi were absolutely fantastic. Tota is incredibly knowledgeable, funny, and let’s be honest—super handsome! Georgei handled those mountain curves like a pro, making the entire ride smooth and safe. And the lunch with Anusha? Truly unforgettable, so delicious! Overall, a superb trip! ❤️💕

Our trip to Armenia with Maria was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we met her, it was clear we were in great hands. She is incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and wonderfully warm and welcoming. I can’t recommend Maria highly enough. If you’re planning a trip to Armenia, do yourself a favor and book a tour with her: you won’t regret it! Merci!

This day trip from Tbilisi into northern Armenia somehow manages to cram in monasteries, Soviet history, home-cooked food, and a lot of great scenery—without ever feeling rushed. We started at Akhtala Monastery, which comes with killer views. Then on to Haghpat Monastery, where wandering through old chapels and ruins feels half like sightseeing, half like time travel. A quick photo stop at Sanahin Bridge delivered beautiful river shots… plus a massive Soviet mining complex nearby, which was oddly fascinating in a very “Cold War minimalist” way. We ate lunch at Armenian home (guest house) with more food than any human needs—every bite great! Then on to Mikoyan Brothers Museum, where we saw a stripped-down MiG-21. It’s dusty, bare-bones, and absolutely worth seeing if you enjoy weirdly specific bits of Soviet history. We finished at Sanahin Monastery—beautiful, though by this point we’d seen so many monasteries they started to blend together. Huge credit to our guide Shoti, who kept us moving, entertained, and engaged all day. He’s a walking encyclopedia with great timing and an easy sense of humor. Bonus: you get four passport stamps if that las something you count (like me)

My favourite day trip from Tbilisi. The scenery is so unique. The history and sights are mind-boggling. The lunch…. Oh my word… it was the best meal I’ve had in forever!!! Great variety, prepared with love and soooooo good. The pomegranate wine and the brandy were great accompaniments. Nina was a superb guide and Omar a professional and courteous driver. The border crossing was easy enough. I can absolutely recommend this trip!!! There is an ATM at the border for easy cash withdrawal. You do not need a lot (alcoholic drink at lunch time if you want & souvenirs).

I found out that I could go to Armenia for one day, so I joined. I was able to spend a very fulfilling time with Armenian history and rich nature. Furthermore, it was a good experience to be able to eat home-cooked food at an Armenian house. If you are interested in Armenia, I recommend this tour!

For me it is a relaxing tour, seeing beautiful traces of history. Our guide Maria is an excellent one, she is very accommodating, confident and interactive. A lot of thanks also to our driver Omar (correct?) for keeping us all safe on the road. I would say this tour is worth the trip.
