Our tour begins in front of this unassuming large hotel, the La Quinta Inn & Suites, formerly the Lawrence Hotel. Unfortunately, not all stories from this hotel are pleasant as this has been the site of horrific violence over the years. Half a dozen people are said to have died in this building with 4 of them being murders and one of which was a suicide of a prominent Congressman and their spirits are trapped in the walls, haunting guests and employees alike. Hear the haunting ghost tales that reside here.
It's no wonder this location is considered a haunted hotspot after the horrific events that have unfolded over the history of this building. Only on this spooky ghost tour of Dallas will you hear the haunting tales of the spirits that linger.

Jesse has wonderful stories and was able to answer any questions. We saw parts of the city that we didn't know existed.

I had Mike as a tour guide. Overall, the inaccuracy in statements made, the lack of true ghost stories and more murder stories, the pick up location being in a very sketchy area, and the guessing games from the host made us feel like it was a waste of time and money. I feel this could be a great area for a tour, but the host and script made it miss the mark.

Francisco did the well detailed job on explaining the various sites (and suspected ghost encounters) we stopped at these historical landmarks. If you’re in Dallas and have nothing much to do, I’d recommend this.

Fun experience with lots of details and information provided about the ghosts and sites. It's great hearing about the city from a local. Definitely worth adding on the extra stops.

Duration - 1 hour (walking) and if you get the extended time it’s about 2 hours. Stories were interesting and I LOVED how enthusiastic Jesse was! He Showed us photos of paranormal experiences while Paris narrated the story portion, and all and all, it was great. This was such a fun way of getting to know downtown a little better! Booked on a whim with a friend, and we both enjoyed it. We did have a huge crowd for that night, so definitely try go get close to the tour guides to hear the full scoop. I would suggest Jesse use the wrap around microphone to amplify his voice, but again, still so much fun! Also, I’m not from Dallas, and I’m a horrible GPS navigator, so when they say free parking near the plaza - it means the JFK plaza!
