We booked this round robin trip around Catalina, having docked via our cruise (Ahoy, Virgin Voyagers). Being able to see the island and learn more about it from a local made this even more special. Great experience for tourists who have less than 4/5 hours to explore Catalina.

Bear was a great guide. First time to Catalina so loved hearing all the history nuggets about the island. Price was very reasonable too! I will totally recommend this excursion to my clients for their first visit to the island.

Bear was the perfect tour guide. He has great knowledge of the area and a voice that carried well and was easy to understand. The tour itself is a hidden gem beginning with the 1953 Flexible bus to the narrow winding mountain roads with wonderful history and views all along the way to the price which was a fraction of any excursion that the ship was offering. I’ve already recommended this tour to a number of people for their next visit to the island.

This was very interesting even though we had already been in town for a couple days. The driver was very fun and is the only one who can drive that bus! We had a great time. A

Our bus tour was great! The tour guide was awesome! She was very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. The bus was very cool vintage and very clean. My family of 8 raved about how fun it was.

The bus is beautiful, so if you are into vintage cars or automobiles just in general, you’ll love being on this bus. The tour guide was funny and very knowledgeable about the sites on the tour. He even gave information about the city so if you are looking to move to Avalon, you actually have insider information as to where to start.

Cindy was an amazing tour guide! You get to tour on a retro bus and Cindy was an awesome driver, talking history and fun facts about the island while navigating those curves and turns was quite impressive. We got to know the history of Avalon and how its residents live. I highly recommend this tour

I highly recommend this tour. We got to know the history of Avalon and how it’s residents live. It’s a fun under an hour tour on a retro bus and the cost was very reasonable. Cindy Lowe was our driver/guide. She is funny, knowledgeable and down to earth. I love her sense of humor and there wasn’t a dull moment with her. Two thumbs up!
