The introduction session will take approximately 4 hours. This is partly theory about diving, the dangers and how to dive safely. After this theory session you'll go to the tugboat dive spot or dive at Caracasbaai with the possibility of Turtles. This is open water, but the first part is defined as confined water. When everybody is comfortable, you'll descend one by one to work on equalization and to perform the exercises. After this is all done there is a dive tour to a maximum depth of 12 meters.

What To Expect
Introduction in diving and participating in a real dive after the theory. Therefore the theory and some exercises will be explained. After this session we go to the water and get comfortable and perform the exercises. This will be followed with a real dive to a max depth of 12m/40ft.

5.00Fantastic first time scuba diving. Under super good guidance from the team we were able to get in the water very quickly to practice the basics before heading toward a real dive. Discover the beauty of the underwater life! Met a few sea turtles and countless fish and coral. I highly recommend for first timer. Thank you CURious2dive team! 5.00Absolutely incredible experience snorkelling with Hans and the amazing staff. We keep looking back on our trip to Curaçao and this was definitely our favourite part- if we return next year we will definitely do again! I did the adaptive snorkeling and I felt comfortable and supportive at all times. Everyone is clearly well trained in each kind of disability and able to adjust to every need. Staff pointed out the schools of beautiful fish and sea turtle to ensure that we had an incredible time. Highly highly recommend for those of all abilities.

5.00We had an amazing experience earning our Open Water certification with Curious to Dive in Curaçao. Two members of our family completed the full course, and the team made the entire process smooth, safe, and truly enjoyable. What made it even more special was that we were staying on our sailboat in the Spanish Water, just a short distance from their dive shop — incredibly convenient! The instructors were patient, knowledgeable, and very professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and helped build confidence step by step. The training dives were well-organized, and the underwater world around Curaçao is absolutely stunning — the perfect place to learn. 5.00We arrived on a cruise ship and had arranged via email with Hans to be picked up. Their new dive shop is across from the water which was great. Our party split, 2 did intro to dive and 2 did snorkel. We chose to snorkel on our own but were given directions to locate the most fish. The scuba lesson was thorough, practice in shallow water then off to deeper. It was a 45 minute dive with depths of almost 35 feet. The guide was awesome. He also took many pictures they give you for free. We also got a ride back to the ship port. Wonderful experience would love to go again.
