We are one of the most loved freediving center in Koh Lanta. Our instructors gained experience around the world and now share their passion in the amazing waters of Thailand. Freediving is a fairly new sport that allows you to completely relax and set your mind free.

What To Expect
You will learn the basics of freediving in the pool first and then after you can book for an additional session in the beautiful waters of Koh Lanta. The reason of starting from the pool is safety, because going directly to the sea might not make you enjoy the session at all (and loose your money), since the sea part is a boat trip and not a shore experience. The activity will consist of learning breathing techniques, relaxation techniques and freediving basics. You will always be with an instructor. After a successful completion of the activity in the pool, you can book additional session in the sea (extra booking required) and earn an actual certification (depending on how you do in the water).

5.00Had 3 amazing dives on Koh Lanta with Phoenix divers. The staff on the boat were super and there was food and snacks on the boat. The dives were fantastic. We saw Blacktip sharks, stingrays and a lot of beautiful fish and corals. I dived with divemaster Lauren, who was super skilled and a lovely girl.

5.00We did a PADI Open Water course. Amazing experience, very professional and well organised + great dive sites. Special shoutout to Sally Vickers (our instructor), who was very patient, competent and friendly, as well as keen to share knowledge. We felt safe in her hands and within a few days we felt like fish in the water. Loved it, so would definitely recommend!!!

Daniel is an attentive, understanding and passionate instructor who has generously contributed his professional experience and knowledge, paying attention to every detail. 5.00Free diving with Phoenix divers exceeded my expectations in every way!! The shop was easy to communicate with via WhatsApp and email. Apart from sending info about the dive course they also helped me secure a scooter on the island and transport to the airport after my stay in Koh Lanta. From my pool training with Sally to the open water dive with Marton, Both instructors were competent, patient and encouraging. Free diving is intense and I appreciated the way they both adjusted their teaching in a way that made me feel confident and the experience was super fun!! Looking forward to my next free dive :)

5.00We dived with Francis for our second baptism of our lives and it was a real joy. The teams are amazing, we eat well, there is everything you need on the boat, the equipment is of very good quality, everyone helps to put on the vests, remove them, put on the fins we take care of nothing and we just enjoy the beauties of the seabed. Another big thank you to François for his kindness, his advice, and these 3 superb dives. I recommend

5.00Great freediving! I did level 1 freediving course, such a great experience. Its incredible what you can do with just a little bit of teaching and training. Laura the instructor was awsome , made everything simple and you too feel completely comfortable .
