Drawing parallels with sites of historical significance worldwide, including Germany, Japan, Cambodia, and Bosnia, our tour offers a unique perspective on the universal human experience. Hello, I previously booked the trip for my husband Phemelo. Communication was excellent from the very start. The organizers were great and my husband really enjoyed his itinerary. The tour guide was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. Next time we are in Kigali we will definitely book this company again.

Our full day tour with our guide, Hurry, was a fantastic introduction to this world class African city. Hurry tailored our tour to our interests and quickly discovered we really enjoy museums! He was friendly, incredible knowledgeable and passionate about his country. He answered so many of our questions from his vast experience and knowledge. The day was made extra special with a delicious lunch of traditional Rwandan food. Highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in a deep understanding of this truly inspirational city and country.

Great day out exploring Kigali. The traffic was hectic and has to be taken into account. Also make sure you know what you want to see so you can prioritize as you won’t get to see everything on the itinerary.

While our driver was friendly and motivated he was clearly no guide. The same tour could have been done for a fraction of the price using a taxi. Most museums don’t charge for entry. Disappointed in terms of value for money as our driver was not able to give much context into Kigali history.

The tour didn’t happen. I tried contacting them by Viator and got no reply. I was at the agreed pick up location ten minutes before the agreed time, and waited for over an hour with no sign off them or response.

I had an excellent full-day tour of Kigali with my tour guide, Hurry. He organized an itinerary around my primary interests and provided the context that I needed in order to fully understand what I was seeing. We had an excellent lunch - and Hurty proved himself to be both knowledgeable and personable. I recommend this tour to others.

I spent the day touring Kigali with Ange. Pickup was nice as it is not easy getting around Kigali without a car. I was also able to customize the tour some. The weather did not allow for some items. However, we made the most of it. I am really pleased I took this particular tour because it went everywhere I wanted to go. The memorial is extremely sad and tragic. However, they have created a beautiful memorial for the world to see and the families to visit! I am humbled and grateful. The narrative is all too common in this world, and hopefully, we can learn and become better human beings. Niyo's has a funky vibe with beautiful artwork. Kigali is simply a beautiful city in the process of healing. Ange is very knowledgeable and passionate about her country! She is a great driver and tour guide. You won't be disappointed with this one! Thanks Ange!
