5.00We had a bike tour with Alex and he was excellent!! He was very knowledgeable about the history of Kyoto and made the tour super fun. He also made sure to point out all the good photo opportunities and took a lot of pictures for us which was an added bonus!

5.00This ended up being a tour for just the 2 of us on bikes. Alex really added to the experience. To be honest we needed his guiding around the streets and pavements but he was amazingly knowledgeable and it was interesting to see Japan through the eyes of an outsider who has chosen to settle here and embraced all things Japanese

5.00This was such a great experience. Firstly I had a knowledgable and enthusiastic guide. We did the tour leisurely but the guide took me along authentic streets and short cuts that would not have been accessible by bus or walking. I had a taste of day to day living in addition to being able to see the iconic historical sites. Do pack a pair or trainers and leggings and take the opportunity to exercise while embracing the day to day and spectacular sites

5.00We had an excellent half day with Miya guiding us on bikes around key points of Kyoto interest. The tour was a very good balance of thoughtful time riding (for example, along the river and later the philosopher’s path), and temple visits with digestible explanations of culture, religion and history. Miya was an excellent guide - explaining points of interest, and even buying us some traditional Japanese sweets to refuel.
