Join the team from 'the original Marlborough Wine Tours and Discover New Zealand's premier wine region on this half-day tour with pick up options from Picton and Blenheim ( subject to availability on the day). Visit four different wineries in the Marlborough wine region and be guided by our experienced wine tour guides. Stroll through the vineyards, and sample wines such as Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. This small-group tour is limited to 11 people and includes hotel pickup and drop-off. With approximately 20 tasting rooms to visit on a daily basis there is plenty of choice. If you have somewhere you really want to go let us know at booking time.
There is no lunch stop - small eats or cheese platter can be purchased on the tour.
NOTE: please do not book this tour if you are on a cruise ship as we won't guarrantee return to ship in time.
Please pick the right pick up location, time and price, central Picton or central Blenheim, if outside those locations please check with us first.

If you are arriving on the Interislander ferry which arrives at 12.15 you won't make the tour.. If you are on the Bluebridge that arrives at 1145 you should be on time for the tour.
Pick ups start up to 15 minutes prior to tour start time. Please check your messages for updated pick up time
Please ensure you Choose the correct tour option 12.30 pm for the Picton Tour or 13.00 for the Blenheim tour ( they are priced and timed differently)
If you are arriving by cruise ship you need to book a shore excursion tour, or check with us first to ensure timings will be ok.
There is no lunch stop on this tour, you may be able to purchase a light snack along the way

5.00We had an amazing time with Nic, she was very knowledgeable and friendly. The wineries- Forrest, No 1, St Claire & Nautilus were Amazing and the wines were sooo good. I work in a winery in California and the NZ wines were crazy cheap compared to CA!! Beautiful settings and a wonderful way to spend an afternoon in Marlborough!! Highly recommend

5.00We had a really great day visiting 4 wineries - Nautilus, Allan Scott, Whitehaven and Jackson. We bought our lunch at Allan Scott restaurant, which was delicious and all locally sourced foods. Nic our guide was lovely and we learned a lot about the area. We had a fun group too - thanks for the great day out! I would definitely recommend Marlborough wine tours

5.00This was an afternoon wine tour, led by Keith, who picked us up from our hotel in Blenheim. We went to four wineries, each one a little different, and each one a boutique winery, in what is otherwise full of the major producers. (The best of these was Forest.) It was a very exclusive tour, just the two of us and another couple. Keith was an excellent guide, very friendly, and really knew his wines. Strongly recommended!

5.00We had to have the best Guide in Marlborogh, Glenn. The choice of wineries was spot on. Each was very different from the other and we rounded off the day beautifully with lunch in the vines at Saint Clair.

5.00We had a wonderful afternoon on this tour - We were picked up by Phil from Discover Malborough Wines. There was just my husband and I and another couple from Michigan who were picked up from Picton. Phil used a headset and microphone to tell us about what we could expect on the tour. He was extremely knowledgable on wine making and was such a personable guy. We visited 4 wineries - at one of the wineries (Jackson) we were able to buy a really well presented Cheese and Cracker box which I cannot recommend highly enough. At each of the wineries a member of staff told us the history of the how the winery had come to be which we all found really interesting. After 16 tastes of different wines we were all ready for a good sleep. Great tour Phil - thank you

5.00Toni is terrific. Knowledgeable, well-connected in the area and a great guide. Customized our itinerary and showed great flexibility based on our taste in wine, curiosity and availability (some wineries were closed the Sunday we visited). She was communicative and followed through on everything. Strongly recommend.
