What To Expect

Our guide will pick you up and drive for an hour before we reach our destination at Lung Ngoc Hoang nature reserve. First, we cruise into the meandering canals of Lung Ngoc Hoang Nature Reserve, which is surrounded by water hyacinth and water lettuce covering the surface. This allows you to fully immerse yourself in the forest's enchanting atmosphere while observing the varied flora and fauna that thrive within its bounds. You will especially see wild honey bee hives in nature and learn about the vital role they play in local agriculture, while we glide through the wetlands and flooded forests. We will then climb to the observatory to contemplate how thousands of diverse birds fill the sky and listen to melodic songs. Lung Ngoc Hoang stands as a haven for nature enthusiasts and wildlife aficionados. Amazing experience in the Mekong Delta

We booked the tour just two days in advance and had the best experience we could imagine. Convenient pickup from our hotel, one hour drive to the nature reserve area. Beautiful and lonely ride through the small rivers while seeing lots of plants, birds and other small animal. Fresh local fruits and drinks were also included. We were accompanied by our lovely little guide Hannah, which made the trip an unforgetable and amazing experience. She explained lots of facts about the reserve and the art of crafting bamboo baskets (her english is also very good!). It was an overall very informative adventure in a warm and friendly atmosphere! Thank you so much and keep up the good work :) See you again!

We had a wonderful morning at the nature reserve, with our guide Chris. He made the experience memorable, speaks great English, and had fantastic local knowledge. We highly recommend Chris and the tour. We saw some amazing birds and wildlife, and now know how bamboo baskets are made! 5 stars!!

We really liked the tour with Sasa, it was 5 stars. We walked the boat mangal, then we went back on foot to the observation tower and we went to see baskets to be made. Thank you Sasa

The tour was amazing, we drove along the river and ate delicious fruit. The guide Nhung was especially friendly, knowledable and made us feel completely comfortable. Would highly recommend!

We had a great day with Sasa. Despite a lot of rain at times, we had a very interesting and entertaining day. In the end we were recommended a super great restaurant, which made the evening perfect.

The tour was perfect. We discovered the traditional of turning bamboo into basket and the beautiful Mua Xuan Nature Reserve. Our guide Sasa, was wonderful ! She speaks English very well and taught us a lot. She took great care of us. Thanks to her, we had a great time and good memories !

We went as a group of 8 family and friends and were met by the warmth of our tour guide Nhung. We went on a short mini bus journey to a local village where we saw basket making and got to have a go too which was brilliant. Then we moved onto the national park, and although the weather turned we still had a fabulous time. We embarked on small boats and went through the local rivers that were spectacular. We stopped off and ate local fruits and drank coconut water before climbing a viewing tower to see the local area from up high. I would highly recommend this trip, Nhung is super knowledgeable and has a brilliant sense of humour.

We really enjoyed the tour, the best is of course the boat trip through the nature reserve. We could see some birds. Hannah is a fantastic guide who speaks English very well.
