This tour is the best way to understand the different cultures we have to offer while exploring the local villages
Optional stop for lunch in the Garifuna village of Punta Gorda for a local Garifuna lunch or in the touristy town of West End for a local fresh seafood lunch or the tipical Honduran plate (Baleada) where you will eat like a local. Lunch and drinks not included. Their will be time for shopping (in the local village of West End) and swimming on Roatan's most famous beach (West Bay) which is the most beautiful beach of Central America. Swimsuit is recomended plus extra cash for shopping and food and drinks.
This tour is done at your own pace, with your guide and driver. It will be our pleasure to show you our beautiful island.

What To Expect
West End
It is a beautiful village with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. You will have time to stop and walk around. We will also go in the chocholate factory which is there in the village.
Roatan Rum Company
Visit the incredible Roatan Rum Company for free samples, there will be an option to purchase if you want to take anything back.

1.00Do not trust this tour company. Venture travel is not dependable. Nothing was as promised. We were very unhappy. We were in a car with a door that would not open or a window that would not go down. Our guide was sweet but she didn’t understand what the tour was advertised as. It’s a NO!

1.00Website says “Visiting the different villages of Roatan, Mangrove.” But, it is just a drive through Punta Gorda, and to the Mangrove boat section. We were only informed by driver on the way to mangrove that we needed to pay extra for the true mangrove tour. We feel deceived, and robed. It was more like paying for a taxi ride that charged $47 per person. Driver was nice but true guide experience was not offered.
Went on an Island tour and through the mangroves.
