Your Discover Diving Course does not require a certification. You will be educated about SCUBA in a classroom followed by learning how to use the gear and some important diving skills in shallow water with a qualified instructor. You then can either complete a full SCUBA dive in the bay or choose to go out on our boat to 2 dive locations in our beautiful Caribbean sea.
Please note: DSD (Discover SCUBA Diving) Boat Dives require successful completion of a DSD experience in our bay with one of our SCUBA Instructors!

Diving within 24 hours of flying is not recommended. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving, please consult your doctor

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

What To Expect
This beginner scuba diving course allows you to experience the underwater world without a certification and under plenty of supervision. Our extraordinary staff of instructors at Aqua Action Dive Center will have you feeling very confident when entering the ocean for your first time. We offer both shallow bay dives, or experience the amazing reefs and wrecks off of St. Thomas on our dive boat

Discover Dive Bay
Discover Dive Course requires no certification, after some classroom education, and skills in a confined water enviroment, we will then take a SCUBA tour around Secret Harbor Bay.
Duration: 2 hours
Discover Dive 2 Tank Boat Dive
Duration: 2 days: This experience is TWO SEPARATE DAYS (class/Confined Water on Day One, and Boat Dives on Day Two) so no cruise ship guests
Discover SCUBA w/ 2 Tank Dive: Discover Dive Course requires no certification, after some classroom education, and skills in a confined water environment, an Instructor will then take you on a 2 tank boat dive to a maximum of 40'

5.00Fantastic time in our Discover Scuba Dive course! We had a group of 2 adults + 3 kids (ages 10, 12 and 14) and this was a first time diving experience for everyone. We went out with Squid and Triscuit and they did a phenomenal job with making everything fun and exciting but also making sure everyone stayed safe and learned what they needed to learn. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Everyone wants to get their full dive certification now!

5.00Great day with 2 tank dives. I am an experienced former commercial diver but the other 5 family members had never dove. Aqua crew made it awesome. Capt Dave was great, but Ben and Kyle were some of the best guides I’ve seen. Ben in particular was amazing with my 12 year old and 11 year old niece. He was so patient with them and made their experience amazing ! They both want to get certified now ! Thanks Ben @ketchupunderpressure

5.00Jack was super reassuring and made us all feel safe. We were staying at Secret Harbor so it was easy to walk over and schedule. Nice having only 4 in the class.
Look for a deep dive for a real experience.

3.00The description was a little misleading. You go out from the beach and only go about 15 feet down. It’s cool that there’s coral and sea life that close to shore but I also could have snorkeled and seen the same things since it’s close to shore. Cool experience if you want to know what scuba is like and plan to take steps to get certified. I was hoping for a deep dive off a boat so it was disappointing but now I know scuba isn’t for me.

5.00Great experience for the 3 of us. Our PADI instructor was awesome. I had some issues at first with my gear, he was very patient and changed out what was causing the issue. From that point it was great. We saw many fish, corals, sea anemones, and a very big stingray that was sleeping at the bottom. I’d highly recommend this company if you are interested in diving.
