It was the best choice of tour to start the trip. We met about the history and culture of the country. We ate fresh fruit and cold drinks. The horchata was delicious. In addition we visit unmissable points of the historic center and markets. The service was very friendly. We recommend it.

Javier was an excellent guide. Incredibly knowledgable and super friendly. He even joined us for drinks afterwards and continued to give us knowledge about the city and further recommendations.

We chose to do this tour because of all of the positive reviews and recommendations we’ve read about, and it did not disappoint! Dave is a great storyteller and he loves his country. That comes through on this tour, and it makes you appreciate San Salvador even more! Dave was so animated and taught us so much about the history, educational system, economy, and culture of El Salvador. He really made the tour come alive with his vibrant and enthusiastic personality.

Let Dave tell you his unique first-hand experience of El Salvador’s history and then you’ll understand why he’s the perfect tour guide for this. You can feel his passion for the country and where it’s headed.

Dave is a legend of the game. I’m blessed to be well travelled, and I always do walking tours to every major city I visit. This was the best. Informative, entertaining, intuitive. Could not have spent my last evening in this amazing country any better. My only regret is that I didn’t do it earlier in my stay of San Salvador as I was staying in the Zona Rosa area and didn’t see the historic center until this. I recommend the evening slot at 16:30 and walking over if you stay in Zona Rosa. You’ll really see so much and very enjoyable and productive day. Gracias Dave, mi amigo
