Porto Novo-Ribeira Grande Road
This is without any doubt the most amazing road in all over Cape Verde, This basalt stone road was built in 1962 to connect the north and south of the island, a road full of stunning and magnificent landscapes, with narrow passages and deep canyons and a very rich flora with trees such as pine, eucalyptus, Mimose, Acacia, among others. You will also visit the Cova volcanic crater located at the highest point of the road where you will be impressed by the majestic view of the entire mountainous island.

5.00Very good experience. Tours of the island very complete and beautiful. Didy was a good guide. The lunch restaurant was incredibly good, although it was not included in the activity. Probably one of our most beautiful days of our stay in Cape Verde. We recommend.
