  What a wonderful tour! Our driver, Jonathan, did an exceptional job. He was not only knowledgeable but also very accommodating, making sure we had the opportunity to see many of the highlights of Reunion Island. His guidance truly enriched our experience, and we couldn't have asked for a better tour. Thanks to Jonathan, we were able to explore so much more of the island's beauty and charm. It was a memorable experience that we will cherish for a long time. I highly recommend this company a true five star experience from pick up to drop off.

  Weather on volcano can be very different from rest of island. Bring rain jacket and wear long pants. Requested English speaking driver - but our driver barely spoke or understood any English. Very bumpy drive over mostly unpaved roads. Wonderful to see how a place lives before tourists invade. Beach was interesting and very nice. Can only visit as most of trip is to volcano due to distance and roads. But a must see excursion if you are visiting Reunion!

  This tour was absolutely incredible, going up to 2350 meters and having some amazing views from above the clouds…sometimes it felt you moved to a different planet. Richarson, our guide and driver, is very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to discuss with. I enjoyed his company a lot, and the conversations with him made me forget about the road full of serpentines. • Volcanos and beaches

  We had a great day with Richarson. We took the Volcano Road and stopped at all the important vistas, and if it was in viewable because of clouds, we stopped on our return. Later we took the coast road and explored a black sand beach and took in a white sand beach. In between we learn much about the island. Although we spoke no French, Richarson’s English was more than sufficient to converse easily. If it wasn’t for Air Austral changing our flights we would have enjoyed another day of touring

  Thursday Feb 8, 2024 Dear Sir/Madam I am sending this email on behalf of our group leader Jian ma who made the booking with you and have sent a copy of this email to her. Booking details: Confirmation no. 1464238005 Booking ref no. 1078472605 Mini bus 8 seats paid $909.61 Tour name: Discovery day of Reunion, sublime beaches, sumptuous landscapes. Date of tour: Thursday Feb 8, 2024 Reason for Refund Request When booking this trip an English speaking guide was requested. The guide we had spoke only French and could not communicate in English, even at a basic level. While travelling in the bus the guide was unable to give any commentary on where we were going or point out anything of interest, he just remained silent. When we stopped and we needed to communicate with him the only way was to use an iphone translation function. The guide also seemed to have little knowledge of the area we were travelling in. Also on the day on day tour list should visit 6 different place, but he only take us to 2-3 place. Needless to say we were very disappointed with this situation and the lost opportunity to learn about Reunion. Please let us know if we need to do anything else to claim a refund as we had some difficulty navigating your website. Yours Sincerely Dr Douglas Davis

  From pick up point at cruise port to drop off the tour went smoothly. It was a long and fabulous day with lots of driving but to see the changes in the scenery from volcano to the beautiful waterfalls down to the beaches is amazing. The day was ours to choose what to see and it was fabulous and stopping for lunch at a French/African inspired restaurant was a hit. The food was yummy. You certainly need a few days in Réunion to see all it has to offer but this day tour certainly doesn’t let you down, highly recommended

  The Dwayne Johnson was meeting:D Richarson made me rediscover the most beautiful places on the island. It is someone passionate who will give you a warmest Welcoming. He will tell you stories with a lot of humor. As they say there, you will have the "smile slice papaya" all day:D It has a very careful driving and a very clean vehicle. One of its other strengths: defend true Reunion cuisine. It will take you to the best restaurants on the island, and will make you taste the specialties, which are sometimes there where they were not expected.
