We offer you the visit of the whole island of Tahiti Nui, while enhancing our tours through rich commentary, combining history, geography, local culture and the life of the sites, through a knowledge of the most beautiful panoramas of the island. Your guide will take care of you from your accommodation to reveal you with charm the essentials of Tahiti. You will discover the famous Tahiti Islands Museum & Islands, the beautiful Mara’a Caves as well as the beautiful black sandy Taharu’u beach, the Vaipahi Botanical Garden. You will then pass through the wild coast of Tahiti to reach the spectacular Faarumai Valley waterfall.
Passing by the surf spots of Papenoo, we will complete the tour through the historic site of Point Venus and its famous lighthouse.

What To Expect
Te Fare Iamanaha-Musee De Tahiti Et Des Iles
Also called Te Fare Iamanaha, it is ideal for learning the history of French Polynesia, from its settlement to the evolution of its customs and habits over time. Renovated in 2023, you enjoy a pleasant visit, with a large garden and a sea view. During the closing days of the museum, normally on Monday. The museum tour will be replaced by the Marae Arahurahu archaeological site.
Maraa Grotto
Set amidst lush vegetation, the Mara'a site includes three natural caves carved into the rock. Permanently pouring water formed pools of fresh, clear water. Many vegetations (ferns, mosses) hang from the ceiling of each cave.

1.00Disappointed by last minute cancellation, however, the tour was promptly refunded. We did not receive contact by tour operator 24 hours in advance as advertised, which was the first red flag. No response to my message from the night before was the second red flag. Was already working on alternative plans when I finally received notification of cancellation. This tour looked like it would have been amazing. Bummer.

5.00Tahiti has the one main ring road around the island, so you know your going to get round ok. So when visiting on a cruise ship you will manage it in the time allocated. Morning or afternoon tours, sunsets on the latter one
Beware of schedule changes & late pick up

1.00Our pick up time changed several times and the guide was still 45 minutes late. Contacting the office by phone resulted in no one answering the phone. Because of the delay we missed the sunset and did part of the tour in the dark. We were also returned late and missed a dinner reservation. The guide was knowledgeable and provided a lot of information during the tour. There was more car time than we expected which was amplified by size of the van with 7 customers packed in. If the logistics were better the rating of the tour would still be only 3 stars.
