I was disappointed with my experience at Disneyland Paris. I visited on two separate days, spending one day in each park. The rides and shows were enjoyable and were the highlight of my visit. Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected my experience. Many restrooms had long lines, and I encountered multiple bathroom stalls that were missing toilet seats. The most concerning issue occurred on the evening of June 3 at a small waffle stand in Adventureland. While ordering, I used Google Translate on my phone and heard staff members making comments about me that I understood as mocking and disrespectful. The employees laughed, which made me feel unwelcome and embarrassed during my visit. Disney is known for creating a welcoming environment for guests from all backgrounds, so this experience was particularly disappointing. I hope Disneyland Paris improves both facility maintenance and staff training to ensure all guests are treated with respect.

Disneyland Paris was extremely disappointing. The queues for rides were ridiculously long all day, and the paid fast-track option is far too expensive. There was only one bag drop open, creating another huge queue before entering the park. Even food service was poorly managed, with only one hot food queue open. Very poor value for money and not the experience I expected.

We visited as a group of 8 and had a wonderful time with the rides and all the buildings from movies. I was sceptical about visiting as it's obviously a tourist hotspot but my wife kept insisting and I'm glad we did go. Very expensive inside for food and drinks, I mean crazy expensive for drinks. However, it's probably a once in a lifetime trip for me and the kids were so happy the whole time. At night for the castle light show the main street was hammered with people and a few fights broke out between fully grown blokes, who should know better, but their Mickey ears may have been reducing blood flow to their brains.

Disneyland paris is an amazing place, especially the night shows. some rides can be worth the wait but on our last day we went on the peter pan ride and waited 75 minutes for a 90 second ride - it felt very short and was not worth the wait. Also, the prices for shows and access for stuff is extortionate. In the restaurants and cafes some of the staff weren't very friendly. Also some rides like the pirates of the carribean were very dark when we were queueing so we couldnt see anything. All together i think they should make some of the rides longer make the shows free and light up the queueing areas but except for that it was an amazing trip and very fun. Thanks for reading

We booked 3 days and two nights at the Santa Fe hotel for 15 people, so 4 rooms without air conditioning but with ceiling fans; out of the 4 rooms, three did not work. The room above was unacceptable 😤. For the park, smoking in the lines (e-cigarettes) is unacceptable 😡. In the lines, they were far too long and often in full sun, a danger for children. For restaurants, it is better to go to the hotel restaurants; the food is very, very good (Inter Grill 👍). As for the Disney staff, they are smiling, friendly, available, welcoming, and always there for you 👍. Despite a few inconveniences, it was three days with our family, including our 15 children and grandchildren, creating precious memories. But Disney should pay attention to covering the lines and respecting the no smoking policy, and review some of their hotels like the Santa Fe - (Budget for 15 people, half-board train, and two parks €9000) not counting the gifts 😂. Thank you 😇 JLVB

Nice but,I bought a regular family ticket, but the park managers choose to hurt the vacationers and families who didn't do so, crossing the line of good taste, waiting in line for over an hour with children while the line that paid more passes without decent equality, almost 12 hours in the park with less than 10 rides, I also paid hundreds of euros for admission, I probably won't come back here again.

To be avoided at all costs. Major issue with the fast passes; I would have liked to know this before booking a three-day stay there. More details below. The park souvenirs that we forty-somethings built at Disney no longer exist today. They have Americanized the park to the point of ruining it. If you visit, be sure to get fast passes for each participant; otherwise, depending on the crowd, the lines are unpredictable. I was in favor of the fast pass system; the old one allowed, under certain conditions, to walk a bit, visit the park, and take a tour while also regulating the wait times for attractions. Having a fast pass still meant a bit of waiting, because the flow was regulated. Today, if you have a fast pass, you can get through any attraction in less than 5 minutes, as many times as you want. In contrast, if you do not have one, the announced wait time is completely fictitious; you could very well go to an attraction that says 30 minutes, but if three fast pass buses arrive, you will end up waiting 50 minutes. What a disappointment it was to realize with my wife and two children that another family was able to ride the attraction three times in a row while we were still in the Ratatouille line... A true madness.

It was great. The staff members are top-notch, always motivated by their work and the magic of Disney. The restaurants are excellent, and the parks are very well themed. The attractions are fantastic, even the lines are decorated. The food is very expensive but also very good. The visit is worth the price. There are always plenty of characters wandering around the park. There are also snacks available everywhere (and not very expensive). In short, the best gift to give a child, believe me.

Love this place. We decided to get a Gold Annual pass in July 2025 - it's exceptionally good value. We powered through a full year of Disney, completing 6 separate trips, which included 20+ visits to the parks. Our kids had a fantastic time. It is quite hectic though, very busy, a lot of emotion. For anyone thinking of going, I have labelled my favorite times to visit: 1. Halloween, by far the best vibes. Especially in that nice crisp weather, sitting around 16c. 2. Summertime, fantastic, absolutely loved it. 3. Spring time (easter holidays), can get mixed weather, depending on the exact dates, there may be no big theme in place. 4. Christmas, was our least favorite. While it was magical, I think being home for Christmas is just nicer, but that's our preference. While there, we decided to hire a car (avoid Europcar CDG), with the annual pass it was great, because your parking is included as a benefit. The shuttle buses from the hotels are great too, but do expect a little bit of congestion. Taxis are another option, but do expect ubers/bolts to reject your booking if you're going a short distance. These blokes are waiting for the "big" journeys. As you're standing there with your family it can be a bit frustrating. Hiring the car gave us the control. Especially seeing you're gonna be paying £75+ each way for a taxi to and from the airport. Having the car too is great, as it opens up your options to go to the likes of Lidl, where you can easily stack up on snacks before going into the parks. Magic hour is included with the pass, meaning you can enter the parks an hour early, giving you the opportunity to access some of the bigger rides, or get those magic photos in before everyone else arrives. We never stayed in a Disney Hotel while travelling. With the annual pass we decided to economise as much as possible, and stayed in the hotels surrounding Disney. Spending a lot of money for a hotel is unnecessary as you are spending the majority of your time at Disney, so I would decide not to. Our favourite Hotel was StayCity - they have a mini kitchen, as sell bottles of milk in the foyer. From here, you can bring your own cereal, which honestly for the kids is fantastic, avoids any fuss. The parks itself, make sure you have your Disney App downloaded. Try getting tickets on attraction tickets, they can be cheaper than going through disney directly, and you just link these tickets to the App. One of the biggest things is this: For character encounters, such as Micky Mouse, or Elsa&Anna, or disney princesses, marvel characters, any of the big names, these are in a Virtual Queue! The Virtual queue fills up almost instantly - It opens at 0945, then again at 14:00 - you must be in the park to join the queue, and you really need to be ready as soon as the clock ticks. If you're not in the virtual queue you will not see these characters. I have seen a lot of disappointing parents/children. My wife and I were both on our apps, and both getting into queues - We would see Disney Princess at 11am, then once the queue opens again, be in a queue for mickey mouse at 15:00. Meeting the characters is one of the best things. Its worth noting, with the Annual Pass, you get a photo pass included as a benefit, meaning any time you are meeting characters or are on rides which have photo pass facility, you can scan your pass and this gets uploaded to your account. Overall, fantastic year of Disney. Exhausting to say the least, but well worth it. My wife and kids had the best year, and maybe we will do it again in a few years time. I would highly recommend the Annual Pass if you think you're going to go at least twice.

Anything to do with food is significantly over priced. Set kids S Menu in Steakhouse 25 euros, wouldn't be 5 euros worth of food.
