What To Expect

When you arrive at Zarzis Djerba International Airport, your driver will welcome you with a sign bearing your first and last name and drive you to your hotel on the island of Djerba. This is a private transfer, which means that you will not share a car with anyone outside of your reservation. The cars used for this service are spacious: 4 * 4 (6 seats) or microbus (9 seats). Private transfers can make your stay much easier and more enjoyable. Do not go through the stress of taking a taxi or coping with long queues of shuttles and make the most of your journey as soon as you arrive at Zarzis Djerba International Airport. The driver is well trained (approved by the Tunisian Tourist Office) and will ensure that you have a smooth door-to-door driving. Remember, drivers may not speak English fluently

Yeah, good! The driver is waiting for us with a sign in our name, we were 1 hour late, no problem with the flight number he followed the plane and was waiting for us to disembark.

We made the transfer from the airport to our hotel, a trip about 30/40min with the IMED and was very attentive and friendly. He explained to us along the way the main sights, bars/discotecas, let us put music, offered us water. It was an excellent trip, no doubt we will repeat.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A huge thank you to Départ Travel Service for this exceptional experience! From start to finish, the transfer was perfect: punctuality, comfort, and professionalism at the appointment. We were greeted with incredible warmth, which really marked the beginning of our stay. Many thanks to Habib for his kindness, availability and professionalism, and to the driver who accompanied us, with extreme benevolence and courtesy.
