What To Expect
1. Select the transportation service you require and please consider Model and type of vehicle will be assigned upon availability and the number of passengers. 2. Provide the following information: Full name, flight number, pick-up date and time, and phone number. 3. Save your voucher. Print it or save it on your phone. 4. 48 hours prior to your ride, you will receive your driver's contact info. 5. 24 hours before, we will provide you with the meeting point info to meet with your driver. 6. Meet your driver at the pick-up location. 7. Present your voucher and I.D. to the driver so properly driver can validate your voucher/ticket. 8. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable. 9. Please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on the number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate.

5.00Timely, quality transfer from airport to hotel. Guests are reminded to communicate with the provider and driver in advance so you know exactly where you will meet the driver at arrivals. We took advantage of efficient what's app connections with them and had a great meeting point organised before our flight. Everything worked perfectly. Communication is key!!

5.00Some slight confusion finding our driver. He was not inside with our name on a piece of paper when we arrived but granted our flight was 45 minutes late and the customs line was very long. Other than that minor confusion, the driver was extremely friendly and gave us good info about Doha on the way to our hotel! Recommend!

1.00This car service didn't call or show up as booked. We waited 1/2 hour past the time and then had to take a taxi to our hotel. After arriving at the hotel I recieved a text saying they had finally arrived at the airport in Doha and where was i.

1.00I booked the transfer a week before I arrive in Doha and wrote all in advance to the operator, notifying my flight number and arrival time. However, I did not get any response from the operator. When I arrived Doha, after cleared the customs and got my luggage, I walked out to the exit area where other operate collect guests. Again I did not see the driver. I waited for about 10 minutes, and walked around trying to find the driver, in vain. In addition, the driver did not called me either. I had to arrange another taxi to go back to the hotel. Overall, this was a very bad experience. The operator should write to me, telling me the driver's name and contact number. Further, the driver should show up on time at the right place as I notified the flight number and arrival time. very bad experience!
