  Overall this was a good experience. The only thing I can say is that better planning could have been done to accommodate our luggage ( we had 6 pieces and 3 passengers). But he made it work! Thanks!

  All of the staff and driver were incredibly helpful and kind. I had some issues with reception where they couldn’t get in touch with me, but they found me! The vehicle was clean and had plenty of room. It was pulled around within a minute of my arrival into the arrivals hall. Thanks again for the seamless transfer from Doha airport. I will be sure to use the service again.

  Timely, quality transfer from airport to hotel. Guests are reminded to communicate with the provider and driver in advance so you know exactly where you will meet the driver at arrivals. We took advantage of efficient what's app connections with them and had a great meeting point organised before our flight. Everything worked perfectly. Communication is key!!

  Some slight confusion finding our driver. He was not inside with our name on a piece of paper when we arrived but granted our flight was 45 minutes late and the customs line was very long. Other than that minor confusion, the driver was extremely friendly and gave us good info about Doha on the way to our hotel! Recommend!

  Super convenient and easy to use! The driver contacted me in advance and even shared photos of his location and appearance, which made it easy to spot him. He was holding a sign with my name, so the whole process from meeting to drop-off was seamless. Highly recommend!

  This car service didn't call or show up as booked. We waited 1/2 hour past the time and then had to take a taxi to our hotel. After arriving at the hotel I recieved a text saying they had finally arrived at the airport in Doha and where was i.

  I booked the transfer a week before I arrive in Doha and wrote all in advance to the operator, notifying my flight number and arrival time. However, I did not get any response from the operator. When I arrived Doha, after cleared the customs and got my luggage, I walked out to the exit area where other operate collect guests. Again I did not see the driver. I waited for about 10 minutes, and walked around trying to find the driver, in vain. In addition, the driver did not called me either. I had to arrange another taxi to go back to the hotel. Overall, this was a very bad experience. The operator should write to me, telling me the driver's name and contact number. Further, the driver should show up on time at the right place as I notified the flight number and arrival time. very bad experience!
