without a doubt, the service is 10/10. It is fluid, polished, and really warm. The fundamental problem, though, is that you are paying a huge premium for small profits. Perhaps for once in a lifetime indulgence where money is really no object. The law of diminishing returns has a significant impact on everyone else. Although you're impressed by the service, you start to doubt the core value of luxury at its most extreme.

The food parade and the steady stream of employees felt hurried rather than peaceful. Mainly it gives you the iconic status, the wonder, and the service. It's world class experience, not a world class food, so control your expectations.

It was one of the rare things where everyone was amazed together. Indeed, it is outrageous. However, it was worth every Durham because it was a memorable, glamorus occasion where everyone felt special. Although effective, the service lacked personality. I anticipated closeness and flawless at such this price.

The food was decent, very well presented, and really, it was just about having views and ambient setting, nothing more. As far as price goes, it's definitely a splurge, but for what we were getting out of it, I think it was at least worth doing once.

High tea was such a nice experience. There was a great mix of sweet and savory treats, and the view from the terrace was absolutely stunning. Sitting there with a cup of tea, watching the sea, felt like a real pause from the nonstop pace of Dubai. The staff were friendly and attentive without hovering, which kept everything comfortable and easy. If you’re unsure about trying it, I’d definitely recommend going at least once it’s one of those moments that really sticks with you.

The most beautiful of all hotels. Must have seen. We had a guided tour first and then afternoon tea at the Skybar. Have never eaten anything so delicious. Super Service. Thank you very much

The high tea was exquisite. Could have an option for more savory to sweet but you could not fault the quality of the food.The tour very informative and wonderful views. The staff exceptional.
