  Disappointed with the experience. I couldn’t wear my arch support so I couldn’t walk around without pain., because we had to remove socks and shoes, but Crew was at least able to wear socks but I was not. With a sock I could out my arch support in and be able to walk, but they wouldn’t allow it. We were excluded from the safety briefing by the captain and couldn’t get a safety briefing until after we left, so if anything happened between departure and our safety briefing we would have drowned. The captain kept his back to us and was 30 feet away speaking to everyone else sitting in the shade. The overall experience left our group of 3 feeling excluded from the rest of the group. There aren’t enough seats in the shade topside so if you are not Lucky enough to get a shaded seat then you will burn or you have to sit downstairs and strain your back to turn around to see the views through the reflecting lights in the glass windows. The bathrooms smelt bad and there were no towels to dry your hands, you had to use toilet paper to dry your hands. Announcements were made apparently of what the boat was passing but if you were downstairs inside then you couldn’t hear anything. The photographer did not take a picture of me or even ask. The other 2 people in my party had their picture taken but not me (I had to sit inside because there were no seats in the shade topside. When mentioned to the crew they said the photographer was not part of the boat staff. This company definitely discriminates against Americans. Do not use this company if you are American or you too will be ostracized. Oh And finally… use the bathroom before you get off the boat because they have no restroom at the business for customers, you have to walk a quarter mile into the mall to find a bathroom. I would not recommend using this company.

  I strongly warn anyone thinking about booking this yacht tour – it was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in Dubai. The description online is completely misleading and has nothing to do with what you actually get. They promised five sightseeing points, but we were taken to only ONE, and even that wasn’t impressive. Instead of cruising out on the open water like advertised, we stayed stuck inside the harbor the entire time. No proper route, no views, nothing. It gets worse: the tour is supposed to last one full hour, but we were back at the dock after only 45 minutes. They cut the time short without explanation and clearly just wanted to get it over with. This is an absolute rip-off and a total waste of money. Save yourself the frustration and DO NOT book this tour. There are much better and more honest operators in Dubai – this one is definitely not worth it. On top of all that, they kept spamming me afterwards. They contacted me on WhatsApp, email, and even through GetYourGuide, constantly begging for a review. It’s extremely annoying and just shows how unprofessional this company is.

  Great experience and value for money! The crew was very nice and welcoming, the boat was kept in great condition and the breakfast served was really good. Definitely recommend if you would like to experience the area in an efficient way!

  The meeting point was mislocated, and it took time to find the correct location, almost causing a delay. Shoes needed to be removed when boarding, but the floor was unclean, so I reluctantly took them off, which was a very unpleasant experience. It would have been better if there were descriptions of the attractions we passed along the way. The breakfast food was acceptable, but drinks didn't include even the most basic coffee.
