Temple Bar
Your tour will start with a tour out of Dublin, beginning right after the coach departs your guide will be there to point out all that there is to see on the way through and out of Dublin City. This journey is one of stark changes in the landscape; from the grey streets of Dublin to the green roads of Wicklow, how the scenery develops as we take this short drive to the next county over is something to be seen. Along the route we will drive right through the heart of Dublin City past Trinity College and Temple bar. Along the Liffey past the Guinness Brewery and up into Kilmainham where the Viking settlers of Dublin buried their dead. This is a journey from Dublin; the Fair City to Wicklow; the Garden of Ireland and it is one to be remembered!
Glendalough Monastic Settlement
Glendalough also known as The Valley of Two Lakes is one of the most beautiful and isolated valleys in all of Ireland. Buried right in the heart of Wicklow in the middle of the largest area of uplands in all of Ireland is a tranquil place of peace and exploration. Being one of the earliest and most significant Monastic sites in all of Ireland, your guide will bring you on a walking tour of the old city to show you the depth of history to be found there. The ruins of the monastic city are some of the finest preserved examples of their kind in Ireland. From the Round Tower to the wish granting Cross of St Kevin, explore it all at your own pace after the guided tour as you will be given plenty of free time. Perhaps you’ll hear the story of St Kevin and the Blackbird or hear of the Pagan Celts. Memories and moments are found easily here in Glendalough whether in the Monastic City, sitting by the streams and in the trees or around the shores of the lakes themselves.

This was such a fun tour! Convenient pick up near Parnell Square, then a tour of several parts of Ireland I hadn’t been to before. All three stops were great…the history of Glendalough and Kilkenny Castle were amazing. The sheep dog demonstration was super fun too. What made the trip was Quiggs and his knowledge, wit and character. He was really funny and made the trip informative and fun to be part of. Nishad was a good driver who helped keep the tour on time. Definitely recommend this!

Easily the best bus tour I have ever been on. Oil and Thomas made the trip amazing and unforgettable. Oli’s enthusiasm and passion made us all excited to go out and explore. He was very knowledgeable and his passion made the tour so lively. On one of the stops, I wanted to stay inside the bus because it was cold, but Oli’s enthusiasm made me so excited to go out and learn more about the area from him. You can easily tell he loves what he does and I hope he can continue for a long time because he’s the best guide I have ever had.

And a special shout-out to Thomas, our bus driver, who was friendly, professional, and made the journey smooth and comfortable from start to finish. Together, they created the perfect balance of fun, comfort, and great service. Highly recommend this tour and especially Ollie and Thomas!

It was a fun experience. Beautiful forest to walk through. Kilkenny is a beautiful little town. I don’t know the fee, my wife paid :) it was an entire day excursion. We had a bus full but it did feel crowded. The staff was nice and the bus driver was good.

We had a wonderful day out in nature visiting Glendalough and Wicklow Mountains. Our guide Quiggs was excellent! Iterweaving myths, stories and anecdotes of everyday Irish life to bring together the history in an interesting and fun way. He was attentive and friendly throughout the day. We were explained what to expect at every stop. The farm and working sheepdog demonstration was a highlight and Kilkenny a delightful little town for some shopping. Nishad our driver was the best. Navigating rain and traffic in the most professional and calm way. We felt safe and relaxed all the way. Thank you!

It was a great experience, we had time to visit each stop and our guide (Quiggs) was really friendly and gave us very interesting information (and it wasn't boring at all compared to some bus tours). The sheepdog demonstration was also really nice to see :) I'd definitely recommend!
