We had the bike tour a couple of days ago and it was amazing! Aileen was our guide and she showed us all of Howth and even gifted us an additional hour of her time - as we were having so much fun we lost track of time! The bikes worked perfectly and the experience is suited for everyone. Definitely recommend it!

Had a wonderful e-bike tour with Aileen & Arthur. Weather was spectacular (thanks to them 😉) which only added to an outstanding experience. Experienced the whole town and the lay of the land from sea to mountain top. There is no other way to fully see & enjoy this beautiful place

This is an absolute must while you are in Ireland! Connor is an outstanding guide, and we had a fantastic time cycling along the coast, stopping periodically for quick history lessons. One of the best things we’ve done on our trip! Thank you, Connor!

The e-bike tour of Howth is an unforgettable experience and a highlight of any trip to Ireland. The ride is very easy, even for beginners, thanks to the electric bikes handling most of the effort. Along the way, you’re treated to breathtaking coastal views, rugged cliffs, and stunning ocean scenery. Every turn feels like something out of a postcard. The guides, Nikki and Luke, make the tour even better with their friendliness, knowledge, and enthusiasm. Overall, it’s a perfect mix of relaxation, adventure, and incredible sights.

Absolutely delighted with our panoramic e-bike tour with Howth Adventures last Saturday. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, energising, and full of charm. A special mention to our fantastic host Nioca, who brought incredible warmth, humour, and storytelling to the tour, and to Arthur, the bike mechanic, who ensured everything ran perfectly. This isn’t just a scenic ride — it’s a journey through the hidden gems of Irish history, sprinkled with plenty of craic along the way.

A friend recommended we visit Howth during our Dublin trip for some beautiful views and fresh seafood. I came across this tour and thought it sounded like a great way to see the area. It was so easy to take the DART to Howth and the meeting point is a short walk from the train station. If you’re visiting Howth, book this tour. Full stop. The three-hour e-bike tour with Howth Adventures was hands-down the highlight of our entire trip to Ireland, and that’s saying something. Our guide Aileen was exceptional — knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the area. Having grown up in Howth, she brought a depth and authenticity to the experience that no guidebook could replicate. She seamlessly wove local history into the ride while making sure we didn’t miss a single breathtaking coastal view, sharing the kind of personal insight that only comes from someone who truly knows and loves a place. She even paused to take photos for us so we could stay fully present and just enjoy the experience rather than fumbling with our phones. The e-bikes made the terrain completely accessible and fun, and we were grateful we’d dressed for unpredictable Irish weather — once we weren’t worried about the elements, we could focus entirely on the ride, the history, and the scenery. I’d planned this as a surprise for my partner, who had no idea what we were doing that morning. By the end they were absolutely glowing. It was one of those rare experiences that exceeds every expectation. Aileen, thank you for making this so special. We’ll carry this day with us for a long time.

Maybe our favorite thing we did in Ireland! Some of the most beautiful views and incredible homes. We got to see all the best parts of Howth in just ~2 hours. And the bikes were really high quality! Great value overall. Shoutout Hugh, who was such a wonderful guide and made the whole experience for us. PS: Bundle up :) they’ll have rain jackets and gloves but it’ll get chilly on the cliffs!

This was such a fun and beautiful tour of Howth. Huey our guide took us to parts of the area you would never see hiking and/or driving. He is truly a local born and raised in Howth so he knows where all the cool spots are. It was a little windy the day we went but we layered up and went, the e-bike certainly made it easier to take on some of the hills in the area. We had such an awesome ride! Highly recommend but you really need some experience biking and it’s not super easy but not hard if you are up for a litttke bit of exercise.

Nicky was a fantastic guide on a fantastic journey. My sister and I were in a group of 7 riding up and down the hills of Howth to see 360 degree views of the Irish Sea. For technical assistance, Hugh supported by riding near the back which gave us added confidence. We stopped a few times to hear of the history of the place which really added to the journey. So glad we took a day to leave the city and see something different. Easy to get to by either the Dart or bus. My favourite day in Ireland!
