A private and fully escorted whiskey and beer tour of Dublin in executive transport, celebrating the city's most famous exports - Jameson Whiskey and Guinness Beer. It's a city tour with whiskey and beer in it's heart, your Host will bring the city to life as you travel through many different districts of Dublin. This a private tour for you and your travel companions only (with shared tour at Jameson Distillery Bow St. and private tour at Guinness Storehouse).
We arrive at Guinness Storehouse at a little after 10am, before the masses. But don’t worry, we won’t be drinking beer right away if that sounds a little early in the day for you! Your Host will take you on a private tour of Guinness Storehouse. Then we travel across the River Liffey to Smithfield – to the original home of Jameson Irish Whiskey. Your Host takes you on a stroll of the buildings sharing ‘insider’ knowledge of the Jameson story and then you join the Bow St. Experience tour.

The tours at Guinness and Jameson were well planned, informative and fun! Enjoyed the samplings and buying at the gift stores. People were friendly. Liked being able to go as fast or slow as we wanted, seeing the exhibitions. Understanding the history of the families and their influence on Ireland was impressive. Liked being picked up and taken back to hotel, made it easy to enjoy our time.

Our tour guide John from Whiskey Island Tours was well informed and made our tour of the Guinness and Jamison very enjoyable. Would highly recommend this private tour.

We began with a good orientation, followed by an unhurried walk. The city is fascinating and well worth the time. Our guide knew everything we were interested in and was very cordial. No time pressure. Highly recommended. Well worth the price.

A great experience with John as our guide! His knowledge, expertise and professionalism elevated the experience. Had my first ever Guinness and wow, I didn’t expect to love it so much. I’d highly recommend this tour with John as your guide.

A very enjoyable excursion. Learned a lot. Enjoyed our guide, John, he was great! Loved learning all the history behind how Guinness and Jameson came to be what it is today. John was so accommodating and knowledgeable.

This is a great way to see both venues in a pretty short amount of time. John was fun to be with and guiding us through the Guinness facility. He also added additional color to the Jameson visit. It is nice to be able to go through the group tour entrance and he really focused on telling us the history and the important elements of the tour. Made for an enjoyable Monday!

We booked this tour while in Dublin and it ended up being one of our favorite days of the trip. From the start, everything ran smoothly — our driver was on time, the van was comfortable, and we never had to think about the logistics. Our guide was friendly, fun, and clearly knew their stuff about both Guinness and Jameson. We got just the right mix of stories, history, and tasting time. The visits were well-paced so we never felt rushed, but also never bored — just happy and enjoying every moment. This was exactly what we’d hoped for: easy, relaxed, and full of great drinks, good company, and a little bit of Dublin magic. We’d do it again in a heartbeat.
