Very informative. Upbeat and fun guide and entertaining driver as well. We actually ran into the guide in town the next day and she remembered us and stopped to have a bit of a chat. That kind of thing goes a long way to impressing us with how amazing a person and guide she is. Plus it tells us she is from the area and a part of the community.

Absolutely a fantastic trip. We had the greatest driver in Mick and our tour guide Dahi made the experience perfect. Dahi is full of stories and information about Ireland. This was our third bus tour on our visit and it was the best. Titanic Museum was great. The castle was fun to explore and Giants Causeway speaks for itself. Also big thanks to Dahi for his recommendation of The Bank for dinner and Murphy’s for ice cream. The picture of the tree is from the bar at The Bank. 10 out of 10!! We would do it all again. Great coastal views on our ride home too.

Tour left on time. Guide was excellent. Very informative and considerate of passengers. Driver and guide are second to none! Viator does a 1st class job of tours. So there’s a rule; no hot food on bus. She announced this at the beginning and there’s a sign as you enter the bus. One passenger decided the rule didn’t apply to her. A negotiation started that didn’t need to happen. Food was taken from the passenger who called the company to complain. After being versed on the circumstances the company backed their employee. If you let one get away with it you have to let everyone. Passenger was way out of line and could have been kicked off the bus. My wife had bad motion sickness so the smell of food could have made her sick to her stomach. Some ppl have no consideration for others. Great job Viator. Will tour with this company in the future. Regards, DK
