5.00Wow - super helpful, friendly, fast, on-time. Make your first and last days simple with help from these folks. Weather is warm and stairs are steep, accommodations can be hard to find. We LOVED staying inside the old city and the help we got was more than just good service, everyone wanted to help us enjoy our visit.

5.00Baggage and Smile is the best! We needed to store our luggage for a few hours between checking out of an apartment in Old Town and boarding a boat. It was a rainy morning! Once we saw the weather forecast, we contacted Baggage and Smile the morning before. On the day of checkout, they showed up promptly at the scheduled time, took our luggage, sent a picture once stored, and then arranged for a taxi to take us to our boat several hours later. Highly, highly recommend!!!
This service is a MUST if you have heavy luggage!

5.00They were easy to communicate with and have prompt service. We had a lot of luggage as we were on a monthlong vacation - too much for us to carry into Old Town for our stay. Our porter was friendly and knew exactly where our apartment was located. We also used them when we left the city. Highly recommend

5.00We were so happy that we used their service when we reached Dubrovnik, to help us carry our bags from Ploce gate to our Airbnb in the old town which was on the 2nd floor. We then used them again when we were leaving to go to Split. Harry was punctual and very efficient. They made our trip much more comfortable as they took care of our luggage.

5.00Great experience since we arrived. We left our luggages until our airbnb was open and the guys took good care of us. When we left we needed someone to help us move our luggage’s downstairs from our airbnb to the main gate and again Udaya (porter) was very helpful and reallly nice. Finally we took their transportation to the airport with Marko who was very helpful. Highly recommend this business
