5.00Since we lived in the old town, we decided to book the porter and transfer service on departure. Everything worked fine from booking to execution. We can definitely recommend the service for arrival and departure, as this does not affect the stay in the old town (many steps) by dragging the suitcases. Thank you for the professional handling.

5.00I thought it wasn't possible to have a porters service here during the season, but it was like the news that it was possible to reserve. Not only the porter service, but also the schedule of airport transfers and transportation, so it was very convenient to check out all arrangements to suit him. I didn't think the service was too expensive! Dubrovnik Old Town Inn... The floors were very high and there was a hell of stairs inside, so there was no shortage of money. Thank you!

5.00Absolutely fantastic service from this company! Without their services I don't know how we would have got our bags to our apartment considering all the stairs/steps in Dubrovnik Old Town! Our Porter was great, he transported our cases without any problems and was punctual, very friendly and informative. I would highly recommend using this service if your planning to visit Dubrovnik Old Town!

5.00Stumbled upon this service literally en route on the ferry from Hvar, maybe 30 minutes before our arrival in the port. Incredibly responsive and very nice, personable team members - particularly Jelena who I chatted with in WhatsApp and Harry, our porter. We booked porter service and transport to our rental in Old Town. A lifesaver and a good value - so much so that I shared the company info with another traveler we saw struggling with bags so they could book it for their departure, just as we did. Highly recommend Baggage & Smile.
