3.00The schedule was not followed as stated on your site. We started with the vineyard. In the morning so already start tasting wine and eating again after we arrived only 45 min from the breakfast table. This would normally have been the last stop. However, the vineyard was top notch. This one alone gets 5 stars. As well as our driver. Extremely friendly, sweet man who tried so hard. We were extremely disappointed because the amphitheatre was already closed when we arrived and the museum had been closed for months due to renovation. So we could have just booked the vineyard. This should be mentioned and the tour can be modified or deleted on your website.

3.00The meeting place listed was extremely poor. We were given the address of a hotel. We went into the hotel lobby and inquired; staff had no idea and questions to others sitting in the lobby had no idea. We went out in front of the hotel, still no one. We sent a message, operator said someone was in the lobby. If that were true, somebody should have seen us in the small lobby. Anyway, a terrible beginning, altered itinerary by the operator, and a driver with sub standard driving skills. He was however, very accommodating and kind. It would be much better to list the meeting place a the lobby of the hotel; really, how difficult is that?
