Even if its been awhile since you rode a bike, you never forget how. Our bicycles have big comfy seats, raised handle bars so you don't have to bend over, back pack rack, fenders that keep your clothes clean in case of "liquid sunshine", a horn and signal lights.
We even provide a lock so if you want to go for a swim or stop for some shopping or a refreshing beverage we've got you covered.
However, the best part is, if you don't want to pedal, our bikes will do all the work to get you up a hill or just let you leisurely coast along.

Cancellation Policy Cancellations are refundable as follows: More than 15 days notice: 100% Between 2 and 15 days notice: 50% 0-2 days notice: No refund If the Customer is unable to hire due to illness or other serious reason, the rental may be transferred to another date agreed between the Customer and DEC (SXM) Ltd. If the customers Cruise Ship is unable to respect its itinerary and make port in Sint-Maarten a 100% refund will be given (less administration fee of $15US per booking). If the weather is forecast to be heavy rain, then the Customer and DEC (SXM) Ltd may discuss the hire and decide to either postpone the rental or, if this is not possible, to cancel the rental, in which case a 100% refund will be given (less administration fee of S15US per booking). Light rain or showers will not be considered a reason to cancel. Valid ID required. (Passport, drivers license, identity card) per E-Bike rental. A credit card authorization of $500.00 per bike is required. Ready to Book

What To Expect
Dutchie's provides visitors and cruise ship passengers with a 4 hour time slot while in port to create their own adventure, either by following our excellent suggested points of interest or exploring Philipsburg on their own. The choice is yours.

1.00Dutchies Is out of business!!!! Do not book!!!! However they will take your money$$$ an will not respond! DO NOT RENT anything electric!!! The roads are too narrow, steep and have to much traffic for you to maneuver safely.
Do not book: either business is closed or it’s a scam

1.00This business appears to have closed down. They allowed us to book, took our money and sent a confirmation email. Then nothing. A hot walk from the cruise terminal to find the premises shuttered. Neighbours said it hadn’t been open for a while.

2.00The roads are extremely narrow and no real place for bikes. It has very high hills. The chain on 1 bike became loose and made riding difficult so had to return bike hours early. Asked for 50% back seems fair but haven’t heard back

1.00I would love to tell about our electric bike experience, however I cannot since we could not find them. We used to address provide in the app and went in search of the location. We walked up and down Front street and the Boardwalk multiple times. After asking over dozen locals, including law enforcement, hiw to find Dutchies electric bike rental, we were unable to find them. I took multiple screenshot of the address and did a Google map search prior to port arrival. We did not use the service.

5.00Great time on the e-bikes! Easy to find location and Smiley was super kind. We decided to trek all the way to Maho Beach, might have been a little aggressive on our part, took about 50 minutes to get there, but still had a good time.
Bad experience with this bic rental.

2.00When we arrived at Dutchie’s no one was there and we got there at 9:30 which was out scheduled time. I found a local vendor next door and we called the owner and he said that he did not have record of our reservation and couldn’t be there for at least 30 minutes. So we left and came back 30 minutes later he said the Viator had not sent him the reservation. When his wife called Viator they sent him the reservation. We rode the box’s to a resort and when we got ready to ride them back my bike had a flat tire. Called the owner and had to wait for him to come pick us up. Was not a good situation even though the owner was very nice about it.
