  Quite a crowded boat and unfortunately we had rough seas (although not the fault of the guide!) not much info provided on any of the places, more just shuttling you around. Actual places you visit are very beautiful though.

  Guide dressed as Batman was different, intense . As was the empty tool belt he wore. Too much time spent at Bamboo Island . Lunch did not measure up compared to other tours..Monkey beach had more tourists than monkeys. Second snorkel opportunity was a mere 10 minutes.

  It was great with fantastic tour guide but couldn’t go a few places they mentioned , which was a bit disappointing

  Waited at phi phi McDonald’s for an hour no one came! Contacted Viator support and they did nothing to help. I was ignored phone call after phone call to the tour operator and Viator did nothing. Will never use Viator again! Still asking for my money back and Viator now ignoring my requests. Now claiming on insurance, when you are meant to be on holiday not stressed out about something you booked.

  Monkey island was insane as was bamboo island. The guides were incredible and so engaging. Lunch was lovely and the tour did not feel rushed at all. They knew some great spots for the snorkelling and when none of of our trip could see any black tip sharks the guide got in and showed us exactly where to look and we all saw them
