5.00There isn’t much that get me up at 4 am while on vacation…lol…but this tour of East Bali should be on every visitor’s bucket list! My personable guide Agong expertly climbed the steep, winding mountainside in the dark, to the Gate of Heaven temple (the drive an experience in itself :) ensuring we reached our destination to avoid the later crowds and get the most memorable and stunning pictures! Afterwards a stop at the idyllic and serene Water Palace, where I fed the koi and marveled at the pristine royal gardens. Again Agong was the perfect host, taking beautiful photos, but also allowing me to walk around at a leisurely pace. Lunch at the Sleeping Gajah restaurant was truly the best Indonesian meal I’ve had on my entire trip! The views of the rice terrace, rushing river below and the infinity pool were breathtaking. Agong encouraged me to relax on a chaise under the orchid trees, which I thoroughly enjoyed after a long morning…PS. If you bring a suit you can enjoy a complementary dip as well! A memory and day I will cherish!

Lempuyang temple (Gate of Heaven) - Amazing view and cultural immersion. Water Palace Tirta Gangga - Spectacular place, adorable Koi fishes, and rich history - you’ll enjoy stepping on the floating stones and feeding the fish. Sidemen village (Lunch at Sleeping Gajah) - Breathtaking view and delectable cuisine. The complimentary lunch included in the tour package is delicious, and the pool access lets you relax and unwind while taking in a majestic view. Overall, one of my best tour experiences. 5.00We had the best day in East Bali with our driver and guide, Damar. He picked us up in Nusa Dua at 4am and was actually there early, which we really appreciated. From the moment we met him, we felt completely taken care of. He drove us safely across the island, guided us through the temples with so much knowledge, and shared local culture in a way that made the entire experience unforgettable. He was professional, kind, and even took beautiful family photos for us throughout the day. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide. We enjoyed our day so much and would highly recommend Damar to anyone visiting Bali. We would absolutely book with him again.

5.00This is our first time in Bali. Ketut was our guide, he did a wonderful job. Very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Also very good in helping with pictured, like we had brought our own photographer!! We would recommend this tour for everyone.

5.00What a great day I had with Ketut Kacung. It was a very early start from the hotel but with good reason so that we could miss the crowds and photo queues. Ketut had control over where we needed to be and when so I felt so lucky to be at the 'Gate of Heaven' & Water Palace without the crowds. He was great company and told me a lot about the history and religious background of Bali.. always with a smile. Thanks Ketut !

5.00Excellent Eastern Bali Tour with Gede! We had such a wonderful day touring Eastern Bali with Gede. He took us to Gate to Heaven, Tunas Bali Luwak Coffee, Tirta Gangga Water Palace, and arranged a lovely lunch at Wapa Di Ume. Gede was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. He captured great photos, explained everything clearly, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We were really happy with the service and highly recommend him for anyone visiting Bali!

5.00Our guide Gede was easy to talk to, humble and made my friends and I feel so comfortable. He helped us take excellent pictures and took us to all the cool spots to maximze our experience in Bali. He was very know about the culture and different places and answered all our questions and taught us a great deal about the Bali, the people and culture of the place. Gede was very helpful in assisting us with all our needs even when it was not part of our package. 5.00Absolutely brilliant experience and cant recommended this enough. From the tranquillity of the Gate of Heaven, idyllicness of Water Palace and the excellent service and views of Sleeping Gajah - its a experience you cant miss!! My tour guide/ semi professional personal photographer Agung was brilliant and couldn't do it enough! He kept the whole day moving as well and being patient and thoughtful. Thanks you so much to him and the tour operator for putting this on!!
