Please note our premium eBikes are PEDAL ASSIST, they DO NOT have an accelerator or throttle. There are steep inclines and declines; moderate fitness and confidence cycling on the road with occasional traffic are required.
Tour commences and ends at the EBike Experience Store, Ocean Village. Distance: from cruise ship terminal: 15 minutes walk; from border: 15 minutes walk; from Midtown coach park: 5 minute walk; from Market Place Bus Terminal: 1 minute walk
Please note a passport is required to enter Gibraltar from Spain

What To Expect
After departing the EBike Experience Store we will cycle across Gibraltar's runway and then along the cycle path through the tunnel which passes under the airfield
Catalan Bay
Catalan Bay (Spanish: La Caleta) is a bay and fishing town in Gibraltar, on the Eastern side of The Rock away from Westside. It is a nice spot to take some pictures and has an interesting history.

5.00Yusuf was a wonderful guide and we loved the e-bike tour. I was a little nervous about whether it would be too challenging but it's exactly as the website states- if you are in reasonable shape and can ride a bike it's fine. The assisted bikes work really well. They are of a higher quality than I've rented elsewhere which is a big plus for the inclines. The tour and stops were spectacular and we recommend this tour highly. It has been the highlight of our trip so far.

5.00Our tour with Yousef was great, an experienced enthusiastic guide with lots of local knowledge. The ebikes were modern and in great condition. With safety briefing and kit provided. The tour starts easy around the coast, but then after Europa Point the climb starts! The ebikes made it easy and enjoyable for us both, with our guide ensuring we don't miss any of the views.

5.00Great way to experience Gibralter! Dave was a great guide and historian. Lots of stops along the way for great photo ops. Dave kept the ride safe, and was sure to keep the group together. Bikes were easy to learn and were in great shape. Unfortunately, we were not able to make it to the top as the cable car is out of service and MANY taxis and other vehicles made it unsafe to go higher on the narrow climb.

5.00Thank you. What a great day out. The day starts with a briefing and E bike explanation fitting followed by a 'rules of the road' talk. Then off. The E bikes take care of every climb, even the less physical will cope. Daimian is a font of knowledge, thank you for tailoring the tour to our interests. Stops at Europa, St Micheals caves,Catalan Bay and Tunnels are tge highlight. 3-3.5 hours then you are ready for a well earnt lunch and a beer or two 😊 Thank you Chaps, I learnt a lot!

4.00This was a great tour, educational, active, a little strenuous, and fun. It takes additional effort to get up that rock, don't just count on the eBike, so you definitely get plenty of exercise. The views are amazing. And the cave was awesome. Our guide made sure we were informed and safe on the roads. And, he walked us to the best fish and chips spot after the tour, Roy's.

4.00Our guide Frankie was great. We made several stops and heard about the history and geography. Unfortunately my assigned bike with my weight of 220 pounds would not get me all the way up even though I’m pretty fit The guide was as big as me and he brought his own bike as these don’t have enough power Everyone else made it up there The st Micheal’s cave was awesome too

5.00The store front was a short uncomplicated walk from our cruise ship docking location. We were greeted by our guides and prepared for the ride with orientation to the bikes, the route and how we would travel as a group. Traveling with the road traffic was challenging at times in narrow areas but the guides supported us throughout the journey. Unfortunately on the day of our visit the top of the rock was actually covered with clouds so we did not go to the very top. We did visit St. Michael’s cave and instead went to the WWII caves. All entrance fees were included in our excursion fee. The views around Gibraltar were spectacular. Yes, we did see monkeys- they were observant but left us alone. I found the e-bikes generally easy to use, even on fairly steep inclines. Overall we loved the experience and our guides. The length of the trip was just right to see what we hoped to see. We would not have been as comfortable without the guides supporting us o the journey.
