The Edge of the World (its real name is Jebel Fihrayn.) , one of Saudi’s most popular tourist destinations, got its nickname from the uninterrupted view of the horizon it offers atop its 300-meter-high cliffs, which overlook the surrounding plain.
The Edge of the World is a place in Riyadh that’s known for its dramatic cliffs and panoramic views. Instead of visiting alone, we offer a guided tour which means there’s no need to worry about route planning— Our trained guide can show you the best trail to go on. Once coming at the top, relax and enjoy a picnic break, and admire views of Mount Fahren.

Edge of The World
Beautiful sunset view when sitting on the edge and enjoying a picnic, after that we will have a tour at the bats cave (optional). then we head to our camp site for coffee, tea, snacks and refreshments.
It is at the summit of the mountain that we will stand, with a breathtaking view, and you can see the expanse of the horizon from its high altitude. Mount Fahren, or the Mountain with Two Heads, was the name given to the mountain. As you walk away from the mountain, you'll notice that it has two summits.

3.00This excursion was ok. The driver was friendly and the sights were picturesque. I think they have the mechanics of making this average tour into a 'good' one if the driver / tour guide was multi-lingual or had stronger English and so could give the customers information about the buildings and ruins we visited and more history of the beautiful city of Riyadh.

5.00This tour was really special. You start in an abandoned village, then see a cool cave where there’s salt leftover from where the area was underwater, before finishing at the edge of the world. Take lots of water, you’ll need it. The walk to the edge of the world is up and downhill, some of which are fairly steep, slippery loose stone paths, so bring appropriate shoes. You can go as far as you want along the trail before picking a place to watch the sunset. I wanted to be somewhere where I wouldn’t have to do a lot of climbing after it got dark, bc I was afraid of not being able to see. The views were outta this world though, and I’m happy I went!
