  The tour was great but turned out different not that is wasn't great but it was a bit confusing as I booked a tour to the edge of the world which included a heritage village visit plus the hike at edge of the world. Instead of the heritage village though we visited a gazelle sanctuary( which was fantastic) and in the end instead of returning after coffee back to Riyadh and finishing the tour by 20:30 max it became almost 21:30 as everyone else apparently booked a tour with dinner and they merged me into that group so then I was kind of peeer pressured into paying extra money for dinner although that was not what I came prepared for. The thing is I had plans after the tour which I could not do eventually. Again I am not saying the tour was not great, it was excellent, but felt a bit misleading. I would have preferred if they contacted me before the tour and said "Hi, you know everyone else booked with dinner so you can either pay extra or cancel and find another tour without dinner." I just felt a bit ambushed. Anyway, other than that the tour was great and I highly reccomend it just maybe clarify and make clear of any changes in advance, rather than making people feel they need to follow the crowd when that is not what they wanted.

  This tour of Edge of the World was an experience of a lifetime! The guides were experienced and responsive. I highly recommend this experience. A 4x4 is needed along with a gide.

  The place was stunning, but I had hoped for a more in-depth experience, learning about the history and significance of the area. Unfortunately, the tour seemed to focus more on sightseeing, and with some members of our group being in a rush, we didn't have the opportunity to visit the cave, which was a disappointment.

  Amazing !!! Go for it Guides were experimented and knowledgeable. The view was breathtaking and the dinner in the desert was so nice

  Spectacular scenery. Nice driver. Just wish we had set off earlier so we could have had longer at the destination. We didn't stop at the bat cave - no reason was offered. Dinner looked v unappetising so pleased we booked package without that. Excellent value

  Seeing the vastness of the canyon, the wonders of Saudi Arabia. The journey was long but very safe. Trails are very bumpy.

  I booked this excursion on booking on August 18, paying on the same date 203.48 euros for my family of 4. The excursion was scheduled for August 22 at 3.30 pm. I received booking confirmation from booking with directions on where to present us, Carrefour, Irqah Governorate St, 'Irqah, Riyadh, 12543, time, 15 min before and telephone contacts of the supplier. Well on August 22, although we had arrived at the agreed place at 3.05 pm, so well in advance, no one showed up and we waited on the spot at a torrid temperature of 45 degrees. After numerous phone calls the supplier first asked us to wait for them to pick us up, then on subsequent phone calls he said he had not received the booking in time so he assured us that we would be refunded, which he also did in writing. To date I have not received any refund and we have not made the excursion. Booking says he needs to check with Viator. But to date nothing.
